Awwwh. Last night after Brad came home from work, he told me to come here. We went outside and sat in the car and he had some music playing. He had the sunroof back and open so we could look up into the sky. The clouds looks so awesome and the moon was full and bright! It was so nice. We sat for maybe 10 minutes? Talking about The Gospel and I loved every second. Plus it felt wonderful outside!!!

DAY 7 OF HIGH PROTEIN! Oh man. I feel so run down! My throat isn’t sore anymore but it does tickle a little and my ears also have an itchy feeling to them. After breakfast, I let Katie watch another movie while I got a nice hot bath then finished the rest of my online work. Once I fixed our lunches and Katie ate, she got down to go play with her toys while I ate. A bit later I fed her a snack then put her down for nap. Watched more Secret Life of course!!! I had the same breakfast then a toasted piece of bread+PB and a few almonds as a snack before lunch then of course the same lunch. This afternoon I had my cup of cheerios then in a small glass I mixed my protein powder, a little oatmeal and a little pumpkin and a tiny PB. I have been really feeling the lack of energy today so a while after my snack I had more Cheerios, couple tablespoons of oats, some OJ, raisins and of course been drinking my 59oz of water. I’m not gonna eat my sweet potato and PB snack since I ate the extra snacks earlier.

I’m just DONE with these iron issues. I’m pretty tired at the moment and could potentially take a nap but of course I won’t. The iron issues + Aunt Flo + whatever this other sickness is = total SUCKAGE. I thought I was heading in the right direction because a few weeks ago I was feeling like I was improving quite a bit but the last week or so I’m having more heart palpatations again. The only diff I can tell from a few weeks ago is that I was eating baby clams and some beef liver in my diet so maybe I should do that again. I dunno. This is so confusing and frustrating when I just want my body to have the energy. A few weeks ago too though I was eating way too much and I deffo don’t want to do that. It’s been almost 2 months since I started taking iron supplements so I just hope it gets better sooner rather than later. Only time will tell!

I can’t wait to get some sleep! I’m tired right now but usually by the time 11PM or so comes around then I feel more awake… figures!
