There are a lot of questions to ask in life. I have been thinking about a lot lately and reflecting on this and that. I am trying to be the best person I can be and so I have been asking certain questions. Life is not easy but I will try to make my life a good experience! Speaking of good… today was indeed good!

Ya gotta start the day with breakfast!!!!!!!

1/2c Kashi cereal, 1c unsweetened almond milk, few almonds, choco protein powder and I forget which fruit I put into it but yeah, lol. Also, my water, calcium CHEWIE and digestive enzymes. Stayed up until almost 9AM then went back to sleep till a little after 10AM then got dressed for exercise and ready to get Katie up. Note: the kettlebell workout Wednesday left my upper shoulders pretty SORE but I am super happy about it hahah there aren’t many people who are happy about pain BUT I AM when it comes to soreness from exercise.

PRE-WORKOUT: 1 1/2c of CANTALOUPE… ugh. Note to self: do not eat only fruit before working out… my tummy was feeling empty so I’ll have to use something with more UMPF for pre-workout.
EXERCISE: Today’s combo WBT – Wii, Bike, Treadmill! Jogging it feeling like less work so I just gotta keep up the jogging and walking intervals until I can get that GREAT energy and stamina back so I can jog/run longer without slowing down.
POST-WORKOUT: Choco protein + supplement smoothie, same ole but delicious since it was thick! I need to buy some other stuff to add to it to make it even THICKER since that’s how I like it! Uh-huh uh-huh!! Heh.

Enter: Katie’s lunch then she watched Spongebob while I fiddled online until her “rest” time. I tried a new Luna bar when I had my snack later! It was nuts and cranberry… pretty good I must say! I’ve always liked the Luna bars. Brad eventually came home and then I fixed dinner for Katie and fed her while I also fixed my lunch and got ready to go where I’ve been going Thursday evenings………. over to my Moms to talk to her!!

Talked then walked back home and Brad had put my dessert in the freezer so I just put it on my lovely cone!

One of my favs. Mixed my greek yog + choco protein powder plus a few other sprinkles of this/that then let it get more formed in the freezer then snuggle nicely onto an ice cream cone and TADA you have a healthy, awesome dessert. The End.

Hahaha. To-do list before bed: plan meals for tomorrow, catch up with blogs, catch up with Facebook, catch up with a video I was watching earlier and possibly a little college work! Then soon comes sleep… hope everyone has had a wonderful day! TOMORROW IS FRIIIIIIIIDAY! Get to go out with my love! Not sure if Mom is gonna keep Katie tomorrow evening or not but she said to call her tomorrow afternoon and see how she’s feeling.
