I know that Metformin can create some tummy/digestive symptoms….. well, since I started taking it 3X a day, my stomach has felt the all day uneasy nausea. I really hope it goes away soon because it SUCKS. I don’t feel like I’m gonna throw up, just an annoying nauseous feeling. Bleeeeeck.

What did I do today? College. Rest. Katie kept telling us “NO” this evening then pitched a fit when she didn’t get what she wanted so she went to bed early tonight. Stress is so much harder for me to deal with and I know my cortisol levels are probably low. I read online that with low cortisol levels, sometimes Docs will give a prescription hormone to help raise it. Thinking back after all I’ve been through…. I can guess that my cortisol levels got REALLY high (for various reasons) then bottomed out and that’s when everything got out of control. I have to wait until the 21st to get my blood results…… wish it was sooner! Lady from the hospital called and I need to call her back to set up an appointment for an ultrasound to look at my ovaries to see how their doing with my PCOS.

I just keep praying that I will make better progress each day towards feeling like my TRUE SELF again. I can’t be the wife and mother I know I CAN BE because of the effects this has had on my whole body and mind. I wouldn’t wish this on anyone. One day at a time.
