Well, well. I was doing pretty good with my food intake, until yesterday and today. A few foods left me craving more and so I did indeed eat more. I gave into starches and sugar, as usual. Gotta stay away from them… they cause a massive eating trigger. I’m supposed to be staying away from gluten anyway, but temptation really gets a hold of me.

In good news, I got my college discussions done, so I am only 2 assignments away from a 2 week break! I need to get together with my Aunt one day and we can go out together to look for jobs. She needs one too and that could be a time to get out of the house. I know there’s so much more out there for me, I just have to start to take action. Ever since my health went haywire, I’m finding it harder to balance everything.

Gotta focus and make a better balance, so that I can live a fuller life. I know I can.
