HAPPY FRIDAY!!!! I am really, really pleased with how my new paleo-ish diet is going! This is day FOUR.

Ummm, I actually didn’t have to do anything college related today, yippee! After Katie went down for her nap, I didn’t have a lot of time for exercise, so I mainly did some stretches, squats, misc stuff, plus a few “attempted” reps on the pull-up bar and ended it with almost 10 minutes on the exercise bike! Got my tuna salad then got into my hot bath to relax and watch my OTH rerun! I only had 20 minutes to go lay down, but I took advantage of that time and it felt gooooood. OMG, the probiotic blueberry yogurt I had today?! WAS SO GOOD. I folded laundry this afternoon then after Brad came home, I fixed my dinner, ate, then we dropped Katie off @ Mom’s before heading off for shoppingz!!

*WAL-MART HIGHLIGHTS*
For protein: chicken, tuna, salmon, sardines, ground turkey, eggs, probiotic yogurt
Veggies: Turnip greens, steamed broc, asparagus, asparagus/veggie stir-fry, green beans
Fats: WHOLLY GUCAMOLE! Never tried it soooooooooooooooo! =)
Got some spinach and lettuce for greens, plus some sauerkraut… yum!

Getting stoked again about foods, lol. It’s supposed to start getting colder tonight and then cold front for Saturday and Sunday! YIKES…. it’s gonna feel like 2 degrees tomorrow night. Booo, I enjoyed the warmer front that was here for a bit. Anyhow, I’m gonna go cook my ground turkey to prep for this week and possibly watch another OTH rerun or maybe just fiddle online.
