Ummmm today? I got my college discussions done, WOOHOO. Ate a bit too much in an attempt to get more fiber into my diet, but eh.

Lately, I’ve been eating higher healthy fat + protein based diet + low-carb. It’s been going OK, except for the BATHROOM part. I have not been “eliminating” once a day like I used to a few weeks ago, prior to this new food plan. In fact, my movements when I have gone have been painful and seem very…. hard to move through my digestive tract. Time to change up! I have to consider – 1) I don’t have a gallbladder so the fat/protein stuff has an effect on how my body digests those foods. 2) the hypothyroid / hashimoto’s stuff. I think the big culprit to my painful movements might be the coconut bread and pancakes. I’m gonna cut down down on certain fats, animal protein, and add some low-fat beans for extra fiber. Started adding APPLES back into my daily plan today. That’ll help with fiber as well. If I can get this figured out, I know I can lose weight…. but until I get the correct food plan, it’s not gonna work the way that I want it to.
