I was dragging around this morning…… I truly did not want to do much of anything. That FOR SURE made it clear that yesterday’s cardio did no good for me at this point. I worked on a bit of college this morning and then did as little as possible. Katie went down for nap and I took a nap too after I ate lunch. Went to visit with my neighbor then came back for before-gym-prep time! SUMMARY >>>

warmup, elliptical, 10 minutes
leg extension – 1X, 55lbs, 8 reps
rope pull – 3 minutes
back extension – 1X, 30lbs, 8 reps
glute – 1X, 30lbs, 8 reps
calf extensions – 1X, 50lbs, 8 reps
torso rotation – 30lbs, 20 reps
leg curl – 1X, 30lbs, 8 reps
virtual bike – 11 minutes, 2 miles

I didn’t count mileage or calories on the cardio… since I didn’t feel it was important. This amount of light exercise should be OK on my beat up immune system because I made sure my heart rate stayed around 100 or so. Afterwards, I had a protein bar and we left early to Wal-Mart! I took my blood pressure and it was 100/64! EXCELLENT. Usually it’s lower than that so yay. Got a few things, went and sat in our car for a bit then came back so I could get Katie and Brad just bathed her and put her to bed. He is off tomorrow, so we’re just gonna chill tonight and we *might* go to the gym tomorrow… or I might take another rest day and he may go by himself, maybe.

I’m OK with going for much lighter exercise for now – esp if that means I can eat my usual and lose this extra weight and that’s what happened on my other rest days! Ummm, well pretty bland post lol but that’s all I got for today !!!
