HI November! 😛 Wow. How this year has flown by! SO I finally sat down and came up with a new fall layout featuring our Katie girl! I just now got done with everything because I had to fix all the colors and edit pages and whatnot.

Time to update about random life happenings! Of course as I mentioned before Brad & I moved into our new apartment and I have to say I REALLY love it! Helps with my tidyness because there are so many places to put things LOL! We’re adjusting well to our new church. Their all really nice but of course It’s new people and a whole new group to get to know. The town we live in now is nice too. We went to the town pet store this last Monday and the owner has a pet monkey! We were looking for chinchilla food and she only had 1 bag left that she had already opened but she said we could buy that and she didn’t take debit or check? Not sure why not so she said to pay her back when we return again! How awesome is that?!? Speaking of animals.. last month my Mom had to put down our 14 year old chihuahua Simba. He was getting too sick and was in pain but It sure was hard on Mom. RIP Simba. Onto jobs! Brad loves his new job and when he comes home he’s pretty much always in a good mood and smiling which I am so happy about! I think he’ll continue to like it too.

Katie D will be 6 months on the 18th of this month! WOW! She takes 7-8oz morning & night plus her baby cereal and about 6oz for her afternoon bottle. Can’t wait till she’s 6 months and I can start her on juice and baby cereal!!! She’s so funny. She’ll coo and make noises at her little plush doll and she seems to be getting stronger on the sitting up position so hopefully soon she’ll master sitting up on her own. I usually try to get her to bed by 7PM and usually she’ll look around or play for 5 minutes then she’s out. Her hair right on top of her head is growing just a tiny more, yay! Heh.

Our new President? I’m cautious. As if I were on the edge of my seat is how I feel about it. All this talk about a big change, big this big that. If he CAN give us great change, fantastic! I just feel worried though. Ugh, I don’t like politics and all that mess to begin with. Never have. I wasn’t for either of them but I really don’t like McCain. /End on politics.

What else? Brad and I are still going as strong as ever. December 10th will be our 3 year wedding anniversary! I’m so thankful for Brad. Love him & our Katie to bits!!! Well, I think this entry has gotten quite long so I’m gonna post it then possibly watch P.S. I Love You! I’ve been wanting to see that movie for a long while & we were supposed to get it with Netflix and we got a movie today and It was SUPPOSED to be P.S. I Love You and we opened it and it was Hitman, WTF? Brad is currently downloading P.S. I Love You on his computer so yay we get to watch it!

Hopefully I can get in the habit of posting more like I used to! 😀

WOOT! We just now got our I-net this morning working in our new apartment! We moved last Thursday & I had the place completley done by.. Monday? Tuesday? I LOVE IT. You can add me on Flickr to see the new apartment. It’s a really nice place.

Anyhow just wanted to quickly update on here – I have a lot of catching up online to do, yay!

Sorry I haven’t updated lately even tho I don’t think my site gets many visitors haha. Brad & I will be moving HOPEFULLY THURSDAY to a new apartment!

I can’t wait!

With Brad working his new job, we have ourselves a whole new schedule. Get up at 8AM, eat, get ready, feed Katie and I pump milk. Go up to the gym and Brad’s Grandparents usually watch Katie for us. Well, see, his Grandma goes to the gym in the morning too so Brad’s Grandpa was outside in his car waiting on her so we just let him watch Katie while he waited then they took her home with them when Brad’s Grandma was done in the gym. I love working out!!! Feels really great. Then once we’re done, went & picked up Katie today. Stopped by the store on the way back because Brad had to get a notebook and we needed new batteries for Katie’s swing. Came home, Brad got a shower then I got one and had to hurry coz he had to leave for work. He LOVES this new job so far — he said It’s probably his dream job. That’s awesome! He’s in the training process and I think they do that for 3 weeks? It’s just like a classroom where they learn all about it before they proceed. He got home early last night yay! I think It was after 7PM when he got home and normally he would get home about 10:30PM. He said he sang as loud as he could on the way home because he was so happy haha. Now we’re just waiting for the approval on the apartment!!!

I’m excited to move! Oh, BTW happy October! Can’t believe this year will be over in a few months.

Wahoo, Brad signed up for Netflix and we got our 1st movie today, Juno! Haven’t watched it yet but Netflix seems pretty cool. I haven’t seen a lot of movies so maybe I can catch up with Netflix!

We have a busy weekend ahead!

Uhh I don’t have much else to say…

With the new job Brad has, his Mom was telling us that she believes that for Christmas Brad will get 2 weeks off! Then he also found out that he will get a pretty big bonus for Christmas!!! If everything goes alright then we can definetly go see my Mom this Christmas!! Which will mean It has been a year since I’ve last seen her — which is too long! Feels like forever since I’ve last seen her but I really, really hope we do get to go.

I love my Mom to death but my only problem and concern about going there with Katie is the cigarette smoke. They can smoke all they want but I just don’t want Katie to inhale all that. When I bring up topics like that sometimes Mom tends to get a little sarcastic about it and say something like, “Well then I guess I won’t get to see her then” but I hope she understands. My Cousin was living in the same apartment complex as Mom and my Aunt but he recently moved quite a ways away so we can’t stay with him like we did last time we were there. We stayed with him because 1) he has the Internet 2) he doesn’t smoke 3) has a kickass bed! Now that he’s not there we either have to stay with my Mom or Aunt. We would get a hotel or somethin but can’t afford that. Maybe Mom will atleast smoke outside while we’re there. I mean, come on. I can’t stand cigarette smoke myself and while we were there last December Brad and I both were about to go crazy because of the cigarette smoke. I was about 13 weeks pregnant when I went to visit them last December and just before we left, Mom took my blood pressure and It was extremely high. Mom thought there might be something wrong — but uh, the problem was the cigarette smoke!

Again, I just hope she understands. Surely she will If she wants to see Katie.

Wednesday! Halfway through the week and that means Friday is close, woot! Any plans for the weekend? We’ve got a lot of chuch plans this weekend – going here and there. That’s not gonna be cheap either with gas the price it is but luckily someone is taking us Saturday but we’ll have to go on our own Sunday.

Onto TV! New episode of one of my favorite shows in just a little bit — BONES!!!

Why do things have to be so hard sometimes? Ugh. Hard times tend to kill my modivation for things which makes it worse overall.

Yeah, yeah. Hard times make us stronger in the end but It’s just such a draining process but yeah, we just have to strive through it.

Enough of my random chat about hard times. Good news is that the weather is finally starting to cool off. Right now it feels wonderous outside so I’ve got the windows open. I hope the cool weather stays with us atleast for a little bit.

AND! We do the Internet back so that’s another great thing haha.

Our Internet has been out since around noon Friday. No idea what happened! Our Internet would come on Friday then 5 minutes later it was out again. Our TV cable was also very fuzzy and would black out. The channels past 100 would not show at all. We called the company a few times and they said they would come look at it. So annoying!!!! I thought they might come today so I napped on the couch this morning and then when I got up past 11AM, the Internet and TV cable were both back on! So I dunno what happened exactly? Whether they came and fixed something outside or If it was just something with their offices? Dunno but I’m sure glad to have the I-net back! Now I’ve got to finish catching up on work and Flickr pics!

7 years have gone by since September 11th. Can’t believe It’s been that long. I was in 10th grade when those events occured. I believe I was in my English class.

Take a moment today to remember those of 9/11 and all the families involved in that tragic event.
