So, I went with my new calorie intake today – 1650 and I’ve taken all out ALL sugar, except for 1 packet of TRUvia with my protein shake in the mornings. I cleaned house today, then we took Katie to Mom’s while we went out for a few hours. Browsed a bunch of stores and walked all over the place. Went into a gym and we are prob gonna sign up! Umm went to Wal-Mart to get something for the car, since Brad has been freaking out over a potential problem. We walked over to a used car dealership to check out some cars… then came back, picked Katie up and came home.
OH, and we got our expected packages today! I got my supplements and Brad’s Mom had sent us a couple packages of mostly stuff for Katie, so she has new clothes and toys.
I am deffo feeling symptoms from lowering my calories and from taking out the sugar. This sucks. Gonna tough it out and move forward. Would be awesome if I could really start losing weight again. Lowest I’ve gotten lately is 156, but then I ate too much, bumped up my calories to 1,800 & stayed the same weight, ate too much, gained 2 pounds. Ugh. I’ll see how eating 1650 + some exercise and lots of water does. Just gotta be strict and stay away from sugar and grains. Fall down 100 times, get back up again. Happy Easter Eve!
