It’s been a CLEAR BLUE SKY kindof day. I took Katie outside this morning for an hour and a half to soak up some sun and just enjoy the beautiful day.

Result?

WORKOUT
I haven’t worked out as hard this week, which, again is my GOAL! I did a cardio workout on my Wii Active [More Workouts] game plus a few reverse pull ups on our pull up bar, 10 push ups and finally 4 sets of 20 arm reps with Brad’s 20lb weight. I’d like to start doing a little more weight lifting — nothing crazy just a little more.

FOOD
This morning before my workout I had a few apple slices and almonds. Breakfast was my usual toast, scrambled egg, cottage cheese, veggie mess. Lunch was incredible! The usual chicken and veggie salad plus I’ve started eating a piece of my Nature’s Own Raisin Cinnamon bread with my salad and fruit. Oooh and I boiled an egg to chop into the salad. YUMMY!!!

I think I’m gonna call my Mom for a bit then It’ll be time for a SNACK ATTACK plus Katie’s dinner. So far Friday has been great – hope yours has been too!
