RAH. Apparently it was not a good choice to not add my oil to my lunch shake last Thursday. It was also not a good choice to over work myself Saturday and not rest….. because by Saturday evening I started to feel drowsy and a little off. By the time I woke up Sunday? TERRIBLE. I felt like I didn’t want to move, stuffed up, and terribly drowsy. Brad woke me up normal time to get up for church, but by the time I got up and moved around a little I said no way. I woke Brad up and told him I just did not feel like I could go, so he slept for the majority of the day. I got Katie up, fed, and she went potty then I did not feel like doing anything, so we watched The Lorax (which I loved!) and then she went to play in her room while I just made it through the day. It’s not a sinus infection, thank goodness but just a really bad cold, I guess. My taste and smell went away somewhat, but it starting to come back now – yippeeeeee!

I HAVE NOW LOST 10 POUNDS thanks to the HCG program! I would have lost more by now, but I actually gained a pound then stalled for a few days, so yesterday I started the so-called “apple day”, where I eat nothing but apples from lunch of that day, until just before lunch the next day (which would be today) and IT WORKED to get the weight moving again. I’m so thankful for my Naturopath suggesting this program. It’s perfect for me and I know I’m starting to clear up other health issues, along with the weight. EXCITED!!!!!!!!!! Next mile stone will be getting back into the 140’s, which I haven’t seen since I did the juice fast in June 2011, but I didn’t stay in the 140’s very long after that because the weight came back. Not this time and I will make suuuuuuure of it. This is it – this program and my current food plan is the one that is going to give me my full health back to where I can accomplish the goals I want to accomplish and be that athlete, to be super happy, spiritual, and feeling epic.

Gulp… I found out the area elementary schools have Kindergarten registration at the end of this month! YIKES. I gotta get everything ready so we can get her all signed up. Seems so weird and I can’t believe 5 years have already almost went by since I had Katie. I’m really, really excited for her to go to school, learn, and interact.

Other exciting news? Hubby called me yesterday at work and said they did his work review and he will be getting his *AWESOME* bonus TOMORROW, plus a little raise!!!!! I’m so excited for him and PROUD of the hard work he has accomplished at his job.

I feel so blessed.
