This is Us episode tore me apart! I bawled and bawled. SO GOOD. Last night was not so good. Brad had taken a small nap earlier in the evening and then when he tried to go to bed at usual time a bit later then he was having vertigo and couldn’t sleep. I tried to lay in bed on my usual left side but just didn’t feel comfortable so I got up after about 10 minutes. I eventually came back to bed to try to lay on my right side. I dozed maybe 20 minutes? And my left arm was asleep so I just decided to get up. Brad was still awake in the living room so we hung out then he eventually went to bed, but I was still having belly tightness and some random contractions. I stayed up and watched live cam of a pregnant giraffe so both of us were up all night! I dozed off and on a little on the couch but sheesh. Brad got up at 6AM to go into work early since he had training to do with his new job. Yay overtime! I stayed up and then had the usual morning routine. I was able to take my daytime nap on the couch but still had belly tightness and contractions. Rahhhhh. I did take an awesome bath before breakfast and dozed a little in there, which did help a little.

I was just waiting waiting waiting for afternoon so I could go to my OB checkup. Finally, the time came and had the usual person that’s been taking me, Donna, come to pick us up. Dropped Katie off and then onto the doc’s office. My appointment was later than usual but still had to wait on the doc. Well, same dilation. BOOOOO. Baby is still head down = good. HB was in the 140’s and doc predicted and said it will be my weekend! He thinks this weekend will be baby weekend and then If not by Monday on his due date then I see the midwife and go from there.

Brad and I might try a little somethin-somethin tomorrow evening to see if that does anything. I may get my March baby after all! Hahah. Brad came to pick me and Katie up from Moms after I got back from my appointment. We stopped by Wal-Mart for a few things and I found gluten free breaded butterfly shrimp… YUM. I had that for dinner with a side of my mix of mashed potatoes, sweet peas, and creamed corn.

We watched the latest Chicago PD and Katie just went to bed not long ago after he bath. It was around 77 degrees this afternoon! Would be a great weekend for a new babe… or he may stay in there more lol. I hope I can sleep tonight. Onto Friday!!! Let’s get this weekend rollin.
