Uuugh. I have had a cold for about a week? I believe. I feel alright today, my nose isn’t stopped up for once, my taste is fully back and I’m not coughing BUT now I have this blasted headache!! GRRR. :dead:
I haven’t exercised since last Wednesday so It’s been a week. If my headache goes away by the time we leave for Brad’s Moms tonight, I’ll do a bit of exercise over there. I don’t want to start slacking on my exercise and I really hate that I’ve already went a week without but I just couldn’t do it with a nasty cold.
Wow so January is going pretty fast so far. Can’t really complain.. everything has been going well but I’m just glad to be getting over this cold. I don’t usually get sick very often so let’s hope this is the last for a long while. I imagine I’ll get sick again around spring because of allergies and all but who knows. Hope everything is going well for everyone! I’ll try to put up a new layout SOONish!
Okie, gonna finish my late lunch then off to scrub-a-dub-dub! Heh. :tongue: Have a great rest of the weeeeek!!! :happy:

Awww, I hope you feel better soon because colds SUCK!!! Exercising is great for when you’re done with the cold, it helps your body stay on top of things so you don’t have a relapse.

I am sorry to hear about your cold! That isn’t fun. But I have been sick with strep for like 6 weeks, just be glad it’s a cold! Poor you! But get better soon, don’t miss out on exercising because I did that and it was hard to get going again! Good luck hun!
Aww feel better soon!!! Colds are the worst, and I’m the same way with my workouts. I had bronchitis and I was STILL trying to do pilates lol until Keith finally told me to stop, lol.
