MONDAY !!!!!!!!!!!!!
– Katie and I took a walk this morning
– OUR A/C IS NOW FIXED!!! We had a leak under the unit, apparently
– Washed and eventually folded a load of laundry
– Took a hot bath and had a decent nap

I have been thinking about buying MACA POWDER since it’s supposed to be really good for helping to balance hormones and I NEED THAT!!! I have been trying to stay around ~1700 calories but yesterday I went CALORIE OVERBOARD hahah… that’s okay. I’m gonna try for 1500 now, with a little exercise and plenty of goodies. We have spent SO MUCH MONEY on supplements since I have been trying to figure out my health mess but I’m gonna focus on these:
*** multi-vitamin, fatty oils, maca root powder and whey protein isolate ***

I fixed a bison patty, hummus and veggies for dinner! Brad came home and we loaded up for WHOLE FOODS and I ate on the go. We both bought some Larabars & I got cottage cheese, yogurt and of course THE MACA POWDER !!! We’ll see how long it takes to start working on my system… cause it is supposed to help with a little bit of everything and especially the sex drive, which, hello I WANT MINE BACK.

We came home and I whipped up a quick dessert

In the mix: 1/2 cup live culture yog, little flaxseed, MACA powder!, 1 tablespoon natural strawberry jam, 1 scoop chocolate protein powder AND MIX! I put it in the freezer for about 20 minutes…. oh wow. It was amazing!!! A thicker pudding type dessert… drool !!!

Gonna catch up online then watch more reruns of my fav… SECRET LIFE on Netflix!
