HAPPY SUNDAY !!! We got up a bit late so had to rush around and we got to church JUST after they started announcements but that’s around the usual for us. The President of our Women’s Meeting (called The Relief Society) has been released and my friend, Sister Julie has been called!! I’m so happy for her! I know she’ll make a great Relief Society President! I love The Gospel because It has taught me to open my eyes to so much more happiness in my life and understanding of what I must do in this day and time to be happier and more righteous to aim for that eternal life and I will fight for that every day! I am so blessed, thankful and grateful!
I bought some Edy’s Peanut Butter Cup ice cream in the tiny containers and so last night I took half of that plopped onto my ice cream cone plus cool whip! It was quite good with the tiny tiny butter cups in the ice cream. Cute!!!!!

yes, I also love angel food cake. I could seriously eat a whole one
This morning I went with my egg & turkey mix plus whole wheat waffle and sugar free maple syrup and CANNOT FORGET THE APPLE SLICES!
BREAKIEFUST
scrambled egg. turkey sausage. cottage cheese. spinach. onion. tomato. syrup. ALL = BLISS.
LUNCH
THIS WAS BEYOND DELICIOUS!!!
this yummy lunch contained:
~ protein and fruit shake
[0.5 cup choco silk soy milk, 1 scoop Aria’s Womens Protein powder, misc fruits and a tiny spinach]
~ small veggie and bean salad plus I put a little apple in it! I LIKE!
For the sammich, I took my canned chicken, some chopped broc and a little fetta cheese in a pan to get nice and sizzlin’ together. Hanging out on the thin buns was part of a mushroom, tomato, lettuce and mustard! Combine and come all together now! I took it for a spin in the microwave because I am known to re-heat almost everything. It was consumed and my tummy has proclaimed it GOOD.
Heh. Waiting for Katie to wake up so we load up some of our storage into Brad’s truck to take to our very soon-to-be HOUSE! I’m gonna clean some more and Brad’s gonna work on mowing the yard. It’s time to start really getting things rolling and I’m EXCITED !!!!!!!

My parents make me eat fruit every day; they constantly remind me and I feel bad that I’m not really that responsible. XD I don’t mind eating them though.
