Today I … worked on college, napped, and am still trying to research more about how I can help my health. One day at a time. Brad and I went to the gym this evening, but just did 10 minutes on the elliptical and then 30 minutes of light exercise on the stationary bike. I’m not gonna wear my heart rate monitor anymore, or record my exercise since I know I should just be taking it easy. It’s just I want to be able to be the athlete I wanna be and be able to sweat and do tough workouts, but my body is not able to stand those things – not in it’s current state.

Just the truth. I went to help my neighbor tonight with the kitties again and wound up talking for way longer than anticipated. I wanted to come home and watch a movie…. I might still. I’m not terribly sleepy and deffo not ready to go to bed yet.

I had too much sugar today and even ate a little oatmeal.. yup, can feel a difference. Made me terribly sleepy and a little bummed. Gotta stay away from those things if I even have a chance of getting better.
