I am so worn out tonight!! Let’s rewind, shall we?

I woke up and searched the kitchen for a pre-workout little snack. Decisions, decisions! Piled this togther…

PRE-WORKOUT

WORKOUT
Hopped on the treadmill and had decided upon a high intensity interval workout! It WAS intense indeed! I started at 5.0mph for 10 minutes then bumped up from 6.0-8.0 in intervals and did a total of 35 minutes I think? My arms are a bit sore from Wednesdays upper body workout and I know I went all-out today so tomorrow is gonna be my “Fun Friday” workout!

Yes the usual morning routine took place after my run. Dress baby. Feed baby. House chores and all those non-interesting events! What WAS interesting was my BREAKFAST!

BREAKFAST


whole wheat waffle topped with my scrambled egg, turkey sausage, laughing cow cheese wedge, little bit of tomato, onion, spinach and some maple free syrup over it and a side of apple slices

I was hoping to take Katie outside since the weather has been nothing but A-MAZING but alas, I had to finish some online work so she randomly went about playing while I finished up then put her down for a nap. I wanted to bask in the sun after she went down for her nap so I sat on the backporch for about 30 minutes while filing my nails. It was lovely and the sun warmed me up for sure!!!! Back inside to wait for hubby to come home for lunch! I had the same as yesterday except for a few tweaks.

LUNCH


veggie, bean and fetta cheese salad. thin sandwich with deli ham, mushroom, tomato, mustard, spinach and a cup of mixed fruit

I’ve been tired all evening so I just basically slugged and hung out. I’m hoping my energy will come back ASAP! I had 2 snacks this evening which included a shake that I attempted to put together. It turned out pretty good!

SNACKIE 1


half a cup choco soy milk, 1 scoop choco protein powder, 1 table spoon whipped peanut butter, 1 container activia light strawberry, handful of spinach and a few banana slices all blended

Before bathing and putting Katie to bed I put my second snack into half-use!

i love the pure protein bars, yum.

Hubby came home with goodies! He went to a co-signment sale and bought us all a little something. He got Katie a few outfits plus a shirt and 2 pants for me and a white t-shirt for himself. I ate the other half of the protein bar after he got home. Not long after that I was back in the kitchen to start dinner!

DINNER


4oz baked chicken, chopped mushroom and red peppers plus ground turkey pasta and large butter beans

I LOVE BUTTER BEANS!!!! I just now put this together for dessert…

DESSERT


ice cream cone topped with 1 container of yoplait parfait carmel creme and some cool whip and a piece of angel food cake
