*drumroll please…….*

I finished my last assignment and I. AM. DONE WITH COLLEGE for two whole weeks!!! *dance* It will be nice to just relax and not have to worry about reading, writing, or completing things on a certain day for two weeks.

We finally made it back to church after two weeks away. The first hour was the usual, then I got to teach my class again. I usually only have 3-4 kids and today I had close to 10! They were their usual rowdy selves, and I tried to make the hour fun and something to do with Christmas and scriptures. Getting them to not all talk at once proves to continue to be a challenge, but I made it through another hour. The last hour went by pretty fast, and I got my new binder for teaching after the New Year, except I think I got the wrong one… whoops. I’ll have to check next week. I still feel really “meh” about our new church. Still not close to anyone and Brad & I have let our spiritual side fall so far away from what it used to be. We just have to work together on building that back up, but it’s gonna take some serious work and concentration on The Gospel again. We initially built our home “Gospel foundation” around the support of the people at our last smaller churches, and now that we’re in a HUGE church without close “church family” anymore, our home Gospel foundation has faded. I miss feeling so spiritually uplifted, so we must work as a family to help grow spiritually. The Gospel means everything to me, and I want to be as spiritually fed as I know I can be. Hold tight to the iron rod! =)

After church was: napping and finishing up the last college assignment. I turned it in, Katie went to bed, and now I am contemplating watching more reruns of ONE… TREE… HILL! I’m glad I started re-watching it from the beginning. I’m falling in love with the show all over again. Lucas is HOOOOT and I forgot how much of a jacka$$ Dan was and how much of a jerk Nathan was to begin with, but then he softens up with Haley!! Love her. Brooke is hot too and I like her a little more as the seasons go on and loved her the last few seasons. =)

Brad only has a 4 day work week, yay! And…I hope everyone has a good night!!
