Yesterday and today have been exciting!!! Monday afternoon, Brad and I went and got our taxes done — woot woot! We should get that in TOMORROW! (hopefully!) Also yesterday, Brad called in to order us Cable TV and Cable Internet (from the same company) so they said they would come out today between 8AM-12 noon! Ugh I’m so used to having a morning nap so I was bored and sleepy waiting around this morning, lol. The guy got here a little after 9AM and didn’t get done with everything until after 11AM! I can’t TELL YOU how GOOD it is to finally have our own CABLE TV! When the cable man left, our wireless router wasn’t connecting through to Brad’s computer for some reason? Cable guy said he wasn’t sure and that we could call their company to ask so then that was all! Brad came home for lunch not long after he left and tried to work with the computers a little but couldn’t figure it out as he had to get back to work. Brad went back to work and I got to watch baby/pregnancy shows, yay!!! At 1:30PM, I layed down and didn’t wake up till Brad walked in the door at about 3PM from work. He fiddled with the computers again and called his Cousin to ask him about it and not long after voila, he figured it out. YUMMY CABLE INTERNET! Our AT&T/Bellsouth DSL was fast but every time a storm would come through our Internet would go IN AND OUT, IN AND OUT. We went ahead and cancelled our home phone (and we’ll just use our cellphones) and of course the DSL so NO MORE AT&T/Bellsouth! I’ll tell you what, we have a pretty good deal, fast Cable Internet + 140 TV Cable channels about $100 a month!!!!!

Tonight was SPLENDID. We went out with Brad’s Stepdad for a few hours and got home a few minutes before 7PM, just in time for The Biggest Loser! Ate a pretty here-there dinner but It was nice and we stayed home and watched our show yaaaaaay! We might go over to Brad’s Moms house to have dinner a few times a week? Or maybe not If we can budge some cheap dinner meals for the week — that’s our main issue so we’ll see what we can come up with.

CABLE TV AND INTERNET, so happies!!! Oh and today marks 21 weeks preggo for meee!!!! So I’m thrilled all around!

I don’t like to whine but UMPH – I’m sooooooo bored out of my mind!!!! It’s not even nice outside to where I could take a walk. It’s all gloomy and dreary out there. BOO. I helped Brad for a few hours level on Lord of the Rings Online.. now I’m sitting here doing a little work on the site and typing up this entry. My weekends have turned to MUSH. Boring mush!

No idea what I’m gonna the rest of the day. Got more laundry to do, blah lol. Eventually dinner to cook.. yawn. Then start the week all over. I guess a good thing is this coming Saturday one of Brad’s friends want to go do something — FINALLY!!!

For now I’ll just yawn my way through this boring Sunday.. ugh.

This afternoon was our 3rd baby Doc appointment! Everything went GREAT! All the baby tests came back A-OK so baby is doing just fine!!! My blood pressure was ok and I only gained 1 pound! It’s always great to hear that little heart beating hehe our babys heart was going at around 142-145 beats per minute! Doc went over a few questions and such and that was about it! We come back March 20th for our gender scan — FINALLY! If baby doesn’t show us the goods I’m gonna get up, jump around, drink a cola or somethin, lol. Gotta see what we’re havin! I’m soooooo thrilled to know that everything is going great!

Now to wait 4 weeks!!! For a week or 2 I’ve felt tiny little flutters in my belly and It’s coming more and more lately! Can’t wait to feel kicks!

Friday afternoon & evening – Went with Brad to get his check cashed & after we payed the truck payment stopped by a sale store. Got random things + an 84 pack of Huggies diapers for a good deal! Don’t know If we’ll like Huggies or not but we couldn’t pass up that deal! Had McDonalds for dinner

Saturday – Shopping with Brad’s Mom and 3 younger sisters. Bought groceries, blah blah lol. Back home, put those away then Brad and I played Lord of the Rings Online until 4AM LOL.

Sunday – I slept until around noon or so then got up, ate and eventually got ready so we could go to Brad’s Moms house to celebrate one of Brad’s younger sisters birthdays! (She’s 11) Got to eat a bit over there plus cake and ice cream, yum yum! She was sooooo excited over her presents lol and she got a Nintendo DS! Came home, did more laundry then @ 5PM Brad’s Aunts husband + one of their daughters came over because Brad’s Aunt decided she wanted to have some or all of our 6 birds! Yep! They decided to take them all so we helped load them up and they left.

I hated to get rid of any of our birds but It’s what we had to do because of baby and there would be no room for 2 bird cages. They’ll be in good care though so that’s great. Now we can FINALLY start cleaning up the extra room!!!! I posted a pic of it on my Flickr. Anyhow, I’m gonna finish this late dinner of mine then drink some more water. Have a great night!!!!!

YAY!!! Another step up! 19 weeks pregnant — almost halfway through my pregnancy! How exciting! I *think* I might randomly feel little flutters and such sometimes but I really can’t wait to feel baby kicking in there, lol. While taking a nap today, I had a dream that I was taking care of the baby and It was a baby girl! Brad had a dream earlier on in my pregnancy that we had a girl, too. I guess we’ll see If our dreams mean anything or not! Of course we’ll be just as happy either way – be it boy or girl! I can’t wait to hold our baby, to feed our baby, to change our baby and even soothe it’s cries. I’m gonna be a MOMMY and I’m so thrilled to say that. Next Thursday is our next baby appointment!!! Then the NEXT appointment we finalllllllly get to see what our little one is! HOPEFULLY! Gosh, by 24 weeks I imagine I’ll be pretty big, lol. In craving news, my latest one has been SALAD and cheetos puffs haha. In fact, I just finished eating my salad. Yummy!!!

SO. Valentine’s Day is this Thursday! Brad wanted to buy me this big surprise for me and was gonna go with his Mom while I stayed at his Moms house and babysat 2 of his sisters while they took 1 with them — but I have nothing for him!!! =( He has all the money lol. I make money online but It’s in PayPal and I can’t just grab it and spend it. Yeah, I could get money from him and secretly get him something too but we’ve always just went together, bought some things for one another then gave them to each other. I got pretty upset over it because If he does something big for me I wanna do the same!!! Anyhow, we’ve decided to just do something together this weekend to celebrate. I know I shouldn’t make a big deal etc etc but can’t help it dangit!

I can definetly tell my belly is growing *squee*

One thing I miss more than ANY-THING is having a few close friends who want to hang out. I have no one now except Brad. To tell the truth, I’ve never been good at making friends… just because I’m quite shy and don’t know what to say half the time.

So.. when you live in a small town and don’t have the most outgoing personality

how do you make new friends ???

I would love to have a few new friends for Brad and I both to hang out with. We both get so bored at home but neither one of us know how to get out there and make new friends.

Lord of the Rings Online: Brad finally bought the game Saturday LOL. Now we can raid together once he gets to LVL 50. Makes me happy! I’ve been playing since April 07.

Baaaaaby: While shopping this weekend, we went and looked at the baby section. I WANT IT ALL. Hahaha. We did buy 2 more wittle bitty 5 ounce bottles. Those bottles are so sweeeeeeet. Tomorrow I’m 18 weeks, YES! TMI… last night while talking on the phone with Mom, I noticed little wet spot on my shirt! Yep, already leaking a tiny hehe.

Friday Evening: We walked up to CVS that afternoon and even that walk kicked my butt lol. That night we went and got Chinese food for dinner. Was really nice since we hadn’t eaten that in a long while!

Texas Roadhouse: Saturday night we went out to eat at Texas Roadhouse with Brad’s Mom and Stepdad. We made a reservation beforehand because everyone at Brad’s work that has eaten there has said It’s ALWAYS CRAZY BUSY. We arrive and I think that was the biggest waiting line I’ve EVER seen at a restaurant. We wedged our way inside and waited for our reservation number to come up. Wait wait. I notice the GIANT moose head above the inside doorway. That was a big moose! There’s a HUGE barrel of peanuts when you walk in so people stand around, eat peanuts and throw the shells on the floor. I found that kindof tacky? I suppose they were trying to seem Texan or “Southern” ? Heck I don’t know. Our wait was about 20 minutes? Not too long. Made our way back to the tables and we got a nice little corner booth! Ah, yay. Our waiter was really nice! She looked about 19-20 and was really good about making sure we were good with our food, drinks, etc. For appetizers, Brad got these jalepeno poppers called “snake bites” and you know they had that spicy kick to them but they were really good! Other appetizer was a blooming onion called “cactus blossom” and WOW. I usually don’t really care for onion rings but THIS. It was EXTREMELY good. Waiting for our food didn’t take long either thank goodness. Brad got ribeye steak, Brad’s Mom got a skewer of shrimp, Brad’s Stepdad got some ribs and I got a 6 ounce sirloin steak with 1 skewer of PLUMP shrimp (that came with this amazing buttery sauce) along with small salad (EVEN THE SALAD ROCKED!) and mashed potatoes (that had bits of potatoe skin in it, DROOL) !!! Talk about a DAMN good meal! I recommend this restaurant, lol.

Shoe Carnival: After eating at Texas Roadhouse, we shopped at Wal-Mart then headed over to Shoe Carnival @ 9pm. They were closing at 9:30pm and Brad’s Mom was attempting to look for shoes for Brad’s younger sisters. We all went and looked around. Result of me and Brad in Shoe Carnival? Brand new shoes, ROFL. That’s OK though. When we get shoes, we wear them until we can’t anymore which is getting to be the case with the red/white Sketchers that Brad’s Mom got me a long while ago. Brad got a pair of World Industries red and black shoes with some design on one side of each shoe. As for me? Mwahaha. See Flickr for pic of the new shoes! I was trying to decide between a couple of different designs of Vans shoes and finally went with the Mercer. YAY NEW SHOES! We both bought matching skull shoelaces for our shoes too! I love it.

Sunday Hoorah: Rain. Rain. Rain. Helped Brad level a bit on Lord of the Rings Online. Uploaded more pics from my website to Flickr. Lazed about. Laundry and more laundry!

Weather: You know I have to talk about the weather, lol. It’s STILL raining today and will continue until Wednesday I think. Might have some pretty hefty, nasty storms roll in for tomorrow. Highs today and tomorrow will be in the low 70’s! Crazy.

Groundhog says 6 more weeks of winter. BOO! That was my weekend! How was yours?

Love: You know. Even though Brad can kindof irk me sometimes, (who doesn’t get irked every now and then tho?) I am just amazed at how close we are. He came into my life out of NOWHERE! I had no clue who he was. We were both love-struck when we met one another. We were laying in bed together the other night, with me laying on his chest. Talking about our first time’s and remembering all the memorable moments. He mentioned he remembers after he left my friends house after meeting me how he couldn’t stop thinking about me. I couldn’t help but tear up. Our first kiss. Brad said to me, “Was it like a kiss out of a Dawson’s Creek episode?” I smiled. It was, truly. My knee was shaking uncontrollably as I experienced my first true kiss. Remembering one night when Brad’s friend came over and while he watched over Brad’s little sisters we giggled our way upstairs to take our first bath together, lol. Brad lit candles and It’s one of those things you never forget. Spending the weekend with him.. him chasing me up the stairs and biting on my knee. (which tickles!) Memories are really dear to me. Every one of them. I am so lucky and blessed to have a love like ours. So very, very blessed.
