We got to sleep in this morning, WAAHOOOOOO! Eventually got up and fixed Katie’s breakfast then mine!

Egg/hummus/veggies with a side of almonds !!!

INSERT HOUSE CLEANING! I got the house allllllll nice and clean then finally sat down to eat a delish lunch.

This is THE BOMB COMBO. Brussel sprouts, cup of mixed veggies, and chicken… I could seriously eat this every meal.

Mom wanted to watch Katie again so after we were done with lunch, we loaded up and took her over there then were ON OUR WAY! First stop, I went into a health store while Brad checked out a “hobby” store, lol. Needless to say, Brad didn’t stay long in the hobby shop… since it was basically an expensive retro place with model planes, cars, etc. The health store was a little family owned place. I talked to the lady about my health concerns and wound up buying a whole food multi-vitamin. Back to WHOLE FOODS! I ate a protein bar on the way over. Bought a few supplements and SOY protein powder since the lady recommended I stay away from whey for my blood type so I’ll give the whey protein powder to Brad! We picked up a rotissure chicken and sat outside and ate dinner together again. Heh. Last stop was Goodwill – where I got Katie a cuuuuute little stuffed monkey, a $3 mini skillet, and Brad bought like 5 college books. All of it? Under TWENTY. UM YES PLEASE!!!!!!!!! I thought about buying a used computer chair for TWENTY but thought I’d wait till next weekend to venture back to see what they have.

INOSITOL for my PCOS
OILSMART 3, 6, 9 omega’s
PURE whole food multi-vitamin
and of course the soy protein powder with 23 grams of protein and extra vitamins!!!

We came back to Mom’s to hang out and chit-chat for a bit before coming home so Brad could bathe and put Katie to bed then we had our OWN quality time together, heh. ;D Got a nice shower and ate my “late late” dessert of a soy protein shake. Feeling pretty good… just a little sleeeepy!

Really gonna try to work on sticking to a supplement / eating routine to give my body some balance. Hopefully can get a Doc appointment when I call Tuesday! My supplement routine I’m gonna stick to:
Inositol 1,000mg a day to start off, may raise over time
Multi-vitamin 1 a day of course
Omega’s 3 a day
Digestive Enzymes Mostly with fatty meals since I don’t have a gallbladder and need help breaking down the fats
Apple Cider Vinegar before meals to help with digestion

Then when I go to a reproductive endo, they can help me out from there. Any-who, I had a good day with my lovie. I still need to catch up with Facebook, my bloggies, and look over the lesson for the church kiddies tomorrow. I’m so thankful for my life. Thanks for reading my blog for anyone that does!
