WELCOME TO JULY!!! I looove July because.. A) it’s SUMMER, my favorite! and B) mine and Brad’s anni is coming up!!! I have felt so energetic and pumped all day! Love it, lol. When I get into this mood I just randomly dance around the house haha. Wheehoo!

Last night I finally watched the latest episode of Jon and Kate plus 8. Yeah, yeah I had already heard about the divorce when it originally happened but just wanted to see it. I wish them both the best but Kate said It wasn’t what she wanted but Jon just wouldn’t talk to her or want to work it out. *shrug* I told Brad last night – I’d be funny If Jon eventually came crawling back wanting Kate to take him back. I dunno If I would or not. If they did decide to get back together in the future they both have a lot to set straight so that It could work but who knows. I’m not taking neither Kate nor Jons side as far as the whole thing but just hope they can work it out peacefully for the kids.

Now that I’ve lost a good chunk of weight, I get so cold easily!!! I’m cold right now just from having the air on for a short time! Got chill bumps… brr! I told Brad I’m gonna FREEZE this winter, lol. He said he’d be my heater haha and he usually is.

I always read Bob Harpers Facebook challenges and took it upon myself to do his challenge for today!!! It was to do 7.0 incline on the treadmill for 30 seconds and do it 15 times so I did! Took about 10 minutes to complete and felt GREAT!!! I did a little mix of exercise today with the resistance ropes, treadmill incline and exercise bike — plus variety is awesome. I can definetly tell my body is so much stronger now and that makes me sooooo ecstatic and I look forward to becoming that much stronger! I actually can feel the muscle tone in my arms and I can’t help but grin about that!!!!!!

Think I’m gonna play the Wii for a bit before Katie’s dinner time!
