Heyyaaa! Not much has been going on, really. Biggest highlight lately was that we went out Saturday and got some other new things! New socks for Brad and myself, new undies for me, 2 shirts and a pair of jogging pants for Katie, and a few other misc.

I’ve had quite the scrambled day! It started off that I was in such a rush to make sure I got Katie’s breakfast and stuff ready this morning that I forgot to take my thyroid meds. That threw me off for the whole day. I knew I felt sleepier than usual around 9AM, but just didn’t realize I hadn’t taken it, until after lunch. I took a nap, got up, ate lunch, then decided to take it early afternoon. A few days ago I found some nice apartment townhomes and I tried to call today and every time the line was busy so I’ll try again tomorrow. We want to go look at the 2 and 3 bedrooms that are avail to see what we think. They seem like nice little townhomes. We’ll see!

I’ve got a busy rest of the week, for sure. Tomorrow my Doc is calling in the morning to have a phone review and see how I’ve been doing and that’ll get me more refills for my thyroid meds. Wednesday evening I’m going out with one of the ladies from church to visit someone. Thursday morning I have my dental cleaning and then I have to get my talk prepared since Brad and I will be speaking Sunday morning at church – about love and service! I’m excited about it! Brad, on the other hand, not so much lol. He’ll do fine! We decided he’s going first, just to get it done.

We have storms moving into Georgia tonight! It’s been rainy since Saturday afternoon. UGH. On a random note: MY 30TH BIRTHDAY IS LESS THAN A MONTH AWAY.. EESH. I want to make my 30’s the best EVER. I went through so much in my 20’s and have spent the last six fighting to balance my health and re-claim it. I AM ON MY WAY.

You know what. I have finally–FINALLY found the missing piece of my health situation. When I had the vitamin and mineral test done in 2013? I think it was? I was shown what was low and I tried to supplement but they would always make me feel WORSE. ?????? It didn’t make sense, until I learned about glutathione. I had read about it before and had taken it here and there over the time my health has/had been compromised, but WOW IT IS IMPORTANT !!!!!!! !!! !!!!! They call it.. “The MOTHER of antioxidants” and it has tons of benefits and you NEED HEALTHY LEVELS OF THIS. I knew I had low b6, selenium, and a few others, including glutathione. I would supplement B6…. made me feel weird! Supplement selenium.. made me feel weird! ETCETC. I tried to do exercise.. made me feel worse! I know the other deficiencies (aside from glutathione) didn’t help me at all, BUT the first and foremost that I did not realize until recently is to work on really BOOSTING those glutathione levels, with the help of a special liquid supplement that is easily absorbed plus one that helps to recycle it and provide other support. The glutathione supplement and recycler are not cheap but wow, it is working already and I just started Saturday evening. In able to help everything else work in the way it should- glutathione needs to be up there in level! I truly believe that’s why my gut has never healed and why I’m not able to eat a lot of things without symptoms. I’m so happy that I’ve found this knowledge and now to just keep taking everything I need and HEAL. I have prayed and prayed and prayed to be led in the right direction. I feel this is the right one.
