ALRIGHT! I gave my food plan a lot of thinking this week with measuring my food and logging almost everything I eat on sparkpeople.com so all this week I’ve been doing all that I can! I was so anxious about getting on that scale this morning. I told myself I wouldn’t even really think about it this morning but just to get on the scale and see what happens and so I did. After my weigh in last weekend I was scared I was going to gain again.. BUT! I guess I’ve done great because I got on the scale, closed my eyes then opened them AND…

I LOST 6 POUNDS !!!!!!!! I couldn’t believe it! I had to make sure I was counting right! I was shaking as I went down the stairs to the living room to tell Brad! AHHHH! WOW so THAT’S how well I’ve done this week! Incredible! Now I know exactly what to do so I’m gonna RUN with it and KEEP GOING! I’m so thrilled and feel so happy!

A lot of people including family and online friends have been inspired by me and that to me is just so humbling! I have a friend online who is asking me for advice on weight loss and then one of Brad’s younger sisters has also been getting advice from me but I just hope I’m helping them the best I can and I’ll definetly try! ANYONE can do what I’m doing!! It just takes getting the right food and exercise plan for you and that can be tough to accomplish and adjust to at first but once you get that, your set!!!

6 pounds, wow!!! Definetly makes up for my +3 weight gain last weekend!
