No way

NO WAY… today is the last day of August? This year is really going by quickly but as the years go by time has seemed to speed up that much more. The weather these last few days has been GREAT — so great that we haven’t been using the air AT ALL! Brad found a screen to put in our living room window (since they were missing) and we’ve opened up the window and put our floor fan in here to get some air circulating and It’s been working well! Before I get into my day so far, I wanted to show off the car we got from our church friend! It’s in excellent condition but doesn’t go into reverse.. well, It works every once in a while so we need to get a new transmission and It’ll be good to go!

Reminds me of my next door neighbor when I lived at home with my Mom. He LOVES Mazdas so I’m sure he’d find it awesome that we have one now too. Brad bought some new air freshners to go in it so now it smells like pineapples!

That running wore me out yesterday and I had to make sure to eat enough. We studied our scriptures and eventually watched another episode of The Tudors! I was sooooo tired afterwards so I think I went to bed around midnight but Brad wanted to stay up. Apparently he stayed up until 4AM, ha! I woke up at 7:40AM this morning but went back to sleep until 8:30AM then finally got up and fixed breakfast. I went ahead and did my Wii Active workout and see, I have 2 Wii Active games. The first one and the More Workouts game. I can say that the first game has more intense exercises or atleast I think so! My legs think so anyway, lol. I did a full body workout to work both upper and lower body. My legs are a bit sore but that is GOOD TO ME! I got done, woke Brad up, got Katie up and then Brad fed her and tended to her while I HEADED OUT AGAIN! It was good to get back out on that road to RUN! I had it set up this time… I would run 8 minutes one way and 8 minutes back to the house. I love it so much!!! I was almost back home so I sprinted as hard and as fast as I could until I got to our mailbox. Overall, I think I ran around ~1.7 miles or so give or take. I came inside to fix a choco protein shake and have a piece of bread with a little banana and peanut butter. Got a nice shower and fixed my hair. Brad got to tend to Katie all morning… potty training and everything! SOUNDS AWESOME TO ME! He also washed dishes this morning which made me extra happies! We loaded up and went out for the usual Tuesday food shopping! If I’m hungry enough, I grab a protein bar to eat on the way home so I had this lovely bar of awesomesauce!

The carmel in it is delicious! NOMNOM. We had the sunroof and windows down on the way to the store but the sun and inside of the car were quite hot so on the way home we put up the windows and turned the air conditioner on. In our last vehicle the air didn’t work so this is NIIIIIICE! Brad brought in the groceries then I fed Katie a little snack before putting her down for a late nap.

Put away groceries, got our chicken all seperated and ready for meals this week and now here I am! Brad just finished mowing the grass and is about to get ready to head out for his church meeting. I’m going to fix a snack here soon and just relax a bit before It’s time to get Katie up then dinner and her bath+bed and all that!

I’m thankful, grateful and blessed! I think about how far The Gospel had led me and changed me. I’m thankful that I opened my heart and mind to God and His ways for they have led me to a much better, peaceful way of living and life.

Freeing

This morning I got all the usual done and was all ready for EXERCISE! I was geared up and ready to run 2 miles on the treadmill. I hopped on and the treadmill came on but when I pressed the 4.0mph… NOTHING HAPPENED. I attempted again, nothing! WHAAAAT. My heart sank! Had the treadmill completely died?! I got Brad to look at it. He started to take it apart and to have a peek inside. I couldn’t help but feel a little uneasy about the potential of not having a treadmill anymore???! NOTHING was going to stop me from running though so while Brad messed with the treadmill, I told him I was going to go running outside. Now, I’ve attempted to jog outside before and couldn’t keep going — same reason why I couldn’t on the treadmill because I was going too fast or using too much energy at once. I got out to the road and TOOK OFF! I wanted to NOT STOP for 30 minutes! I kept going.. and going… turned around while running then came back and kept GOING. I went until I had like.. 40 seconds left then I TOOK OFF as hard and as fast as I could. It FELT SO AWESOME. I DID IT, I DID IT! I was soooooo happy! My only problem? Well, I didn’t get it all straight in my head so by the time I was done running, I had quite a ways to walk back home but that was okay! I enjoyed the view and It was overcast but felt soooo good. I came back home and Brad had FIXED THE TREADMILL! Apparently, there was too much friction going on with the belt so he had to fix that! I ate a snack then Brad and I got a shower while Katie watched a movie in her highchair. I started some laundry, fed Katie a snack then let her play until nap time. This evening we went by the store to get a few things then came home and Brad rocked Katie then put her to bed eventually. Wowie that run and the extra burn of calories really zapped my energy! Been going all day so It’s so awesome to sit down now!

DINNER DINNER!

We’re going to study scriptures together then watch more of THE TUDORS! It’s getting really good!!! I plan on running outside AGAIN tomorrow — just not as much since I’ll be pairing it up with a Wii Active workout. Have a great night, God loves you!

Rain walk!?

ALWAYS keep the FAITH! :)

How was your Sunday? I’m gonna keep this short and sweet. We went to church and It rained on us as we scurried into the building. Everything was wonderful as It always is to be gathered to talk of The Gospel and how we can be more like HIM in this life. Afterwards, we had potluck! I ate a few bites of homemade coleslaw, creamed corn and green bean casserole. Our friend brought us home and I fed Katie then put her down for nap! Decided I wanted to go burn some calories with walking so I took my cellphone and set out! I talked to my Mom for a long while then she had to go. Just as I got off the phone, the clouds were getting darker and darker. Then I heard it! RAIN. I could hear the rain in the distance behind me and so I got to walk in the rain! Heh. I loved it!!!!!! It’s been a realllllly long time since I’ve gotten to do that! It poured for a few minutes then eventually let up and the clouds parted and the view was really beautiful as I walked. The sun even tried to peek out a few times as I walked back home! It was great. Brad called to check on me when I was almost home, lol. I made it back, ate my choco protein bar, got a quick shower and the rest of the evening after Katie got up – she’s been constipated so we were trying to put her off/on the potty and she finally went after Daddy put her on the potty when It was almost her bed time! Got her ready for bed, Daddy rocked her then dinner was ready….

Just finished eating and It’s time to R-E-L-A-X! We both want to watch The Tudors so as soon as I publish this, we shall we shall! I’ve felt really peaceful today and I KNOW with all my heart that it’s because I’ve been reading and studying the scriptures and The Gospel more often. It DOES bring about happiness into anyone’s heart! Search the scriptures for the Lord WANTS us to be and feel happiness and It’s there for us If we will only open our hearts to it and humble ourselves to come to know HIM and his great works that can only HELP us as we strive in this mortal life! Hope everyone has a great evening!!!!!

Worry

Brad has really been letting WORRY get the better of him lately. He hasn’t been able to sleep good for a while now and is finding it harder to deal with work so he hasn’t been working the overtime we need and the lack of sleep is keeping him from doing his usual exercise that will help him get closer to his weight goal so he can get into the military. See what worry does?? It does us NO GOOD. I’ve been trying to comfort him and reassure him that IF we will just put our cares into the hands of our Heavenly Father and not let any worries come into our minds then we shall find happiness instead of worry, doubt, misery! I’ve also noticed that with Brad – when we have something potentially “worrysome” come into our lives, he LOOKS for the worst casenarios. The “What If’s” in the negative view and he lets those thoughts swirl round and round till he gets so upset and frustrated. Is this how we spend our lives?? I talked to Brad about it and said instead of looking at situations with the “What If’s” in the negative… look at the “What If’s” in the positive! Example: The car we bought needs a new transmission. Church friend is helping us and we could possibly get the transmission free! Good right?!!! I’m content with that! Brad though has been going over the “What If… this doesn’t happen” It’s all about our thought process and where we take our minds. I try to live in the positive and RID of all the negative so there is no chance for WORRY or doubt to rule my thoughts or life to bring me down! Life is too short! Get rid of that worry TODAY! :) Focus on the things that matter most… love, happiness, family, GOD!

It’s the WEEKEND! This morning I sat down to eat my breakfast and thought OH… I should take a picture like I’ve been MEANING TO! Heh. I attempted to take a pic of it on my computer desk but noooope, not enough light so I set it on top of our TV in front of the window and VOILA.

This bowl of yummy is my usual! I’ve been eating 2 eggs lately but this morning since I knew my exercise was gonna be low key I decided upon just one eggie! I start off by cooking some spinach and chopped green bell peppers in the sprayed SKILLET then plop the egg(s) in and scramble away! I add the seasonings then place into bowl. Cook my turkey sausage, put cottage cheese with eggs and mix it all together! Toast my honey wheat bread and get a 22 ounce bottle of water and that is my breakfast! YUMMO. I got Katie up, fed, ready and let her watch episodes of Rugrats while I cleaned house!

Once the house was allllllllll clean I got Katie ready and we headed out for a walk since I’m now incorperating walking into my weekends! It was kindof gloomy when I looked out the window this morning but by the time we headed outside for a walk, the sun was shining so I was happy to see the clouds had let up.

PRETTY clouds! I was coming down the road and thought this view would make a great picture. We were strolling along and there were some very colorful flowers in someone’s front yard so I also took a photo of those!

I was getting reallllllllly hungry on the way home! We came inside and I fed Katie then made my chocolate protein shake and peach! While Katie played in her highchair, I cleaned Mr. Turtle’s tank and then cleaned our bedroom floor fan since I have to clean that every once in a while so It’ll be dust free and blowing more air. I put Katie down for a nap then got a shower. Brad came home and we both fiddled online and talked a bit before he had to go again! I usually eat lunch around 2PM but I waited until I was hungry to eat which was around 3PM? I think? After eating, I fixed my hair and here I am! Posting some things online then gonna study more scriptures and eventually get Katie back up!

I feel so blessed, thankful and grateful !!!!!!!!!!

Love of Christ

I love The Gospel. I want to share everything I know about it to anyone that will hear of it! Why? Because It has blessed me in so many different ways. Do you believe in God? If the answer is yes then If you have not — give your heart to Him. Take part in coming unto Him and repenting of your sins then being cleansed by the way of baptism then to receive the Holy Ghost which will help lead and guide you in this mortal life. It’s not easy being a mortal but with our Heavenly Father and his PLAN for us, we CAN be happy and learn to overcome all the obstacles that are set on our paths in this lifetime. I’m not just saying all this to merely utter words, I am saying these things because I know with all my heart that they ARE indeed true! For all those that cast away the words of our Heavenly Father and do NOT follow in that path will surely be lead into a life where Satan reigns their daily activities to be led away from happiness and everything Heavenly Father meant for said person to have. I know I want to be happy so I will strive each and every day to follow those teachings to lead me in the right direction and I pray that everyone else may too. Before I joined the church, I believed in God but that was IT. I didn’t study scripture, I didn’t go to church, I didn’t explore the blessings that I could partake in IF I would just do those things and let God surround my life and everything I do and say. I’m so glad I opened that door. Won’t you? I say to all that may read of this – repent of your sins and come clean in the sight of God. The blessings that come from this will bring happiness into your lives that will change you forever. I can testify of this! I pray for all children of men on this day.

It’s been a lovely day!!! HAPPY FRIIIIIIDAY! I got up, did a 200 calories custom workout on the Wii Active then got Katie up, fed and ready to GO for our usual… dun dun dun – can ya guess? FRIDAY WALK! We actually walked for about an hour! The breeze felt wonderful. I do throughly love being outside.

I stopped and reflected on all the beauty around me. The sky was blue and at first I didn’t see any clouds but as I was walking back towards home, I noticed a patch of clouds and decided to take the above picture! I sang songs to Katie and we made our way back to the backyard. I went inside to grab a few things then put her shoes on and let her play while I read some religious material.

I could not WAIIIT to get back from walking so I could drink some cold H2O and also my favorite choco deluxe protein bar! I had put it in the fridge earlier so It was chilled too! I savored every bite… I sure did! While sitting and reading while Katie played, a pretty little butterfly apparently found my Asics a comfy place to land.

Katie and I came back inside and she got a snack then I let her play with a big spoon in her highchair while I went to get a quick, yet relaxing shower. Afterwards, I rocked her for a bit before putting her down for nap. She did NOT want to go down but I was calm with her and tried to tell her that a nap was necessary for a tired girl like her! She continued to protest after I left but eventually rolled over and went to sleep. My stomach made it known unto me that It was hungry by the way of quite a few growls so I got everything ready for eating!

I LOVE this lunch combo ~ peanut butter sandwich (which also contains cinnamon, few banana slices and also a little chopped up apple!) paired with a tiny boiled brussel sprout and spinach salad and of course a yummy peach! That definetly hit the spot! I haven’t eaten anything since then and that was 2PM when I ate and it’s nearly 4:30PM but I’m going to hold out as long as I can! If I’m not hungry, I’m not going to eat!! Really trying to get my appetite in line and so far It’s working!!!!!!! That makes me SUPER excited! Brad came home for his lunch break and he isn’t having the best day… he didn’t work overtime last night (but just a few minutes over) and he hasn’t been doing his exercise. *Shrug* All I can do is encourage him! Anyhow, we didn’t really say anything to one another until he was leaving to go back to work. I studied more scriptures then fixed my hair! IT’S SO SOFT! Yippeee!

I imagine Katie will be up very shortly and I plan on folding laundry, studying more scripture, potty training with Katie, fixing snacks and dinners and making the best of the remainder of my Friday! Hope everyone is having a great day too! Rejoice on this day for it is a day the Lord has made!

Balance

I’ve really come to know that life is all about BALANCE. ESPICALLY in the food and exercise department. I’m a hardcore person so when I get into something… I give it my ALL and THEN SOME. When I started to lose weight, I went for the low carb, low fat and high protein diet and KEPT it there for a long time. I also did NOT have my information correct as far as exercise and calories go. I had it in my mind that I had to cut out 500 calories a day from my eating and still do 4-500 calories worth of exercise. WRONG WRONG WRONG. Months and months of all this caused my estrogen and progestrone to get extremely low so I’m still working to restore those with birth control pills. It’s SO IMPORTANT to find your own body’s balance. The RIGHT balance is getting a 500 deficit with your exercise AND eating combined. For example, this week I’ve been burning around 350 calories through exercise so that means I have to cut 150 from my calories. Luckily, I have the FitBit so it tells me at the end of the day how many calories I burned on that day and I have a pretty good idea even before midnight of how much It’s going to be for the day since I’ve had the FitBit for quite some time now. So yes, too MUCH exercise can definetly throw your body off because that’s what happened to me. I’m excited to see what the next few months will bring with this new balance!

After my usual breakfast this morning, (BTW I meant to take a picture of it but by the time I remembered the food was gone lol) I decided to use a Wii Active workout from the original Active instead of the More Workouts and I burned a little over 100 calories! I got Katie up, fed, ready then let her watch cartoons while I jogged 1.5 miles straight on the treadmill, YIPPEEEEE SKIPPY! Felt GREAT!

Afterwards, I ate my post-workout snack which consisted of my small chocolate protein shake and also a very awesome peach! I got a shower then decided to take Katie outside for a little bit since It felt SO GOOD outside!

She loved it — of course! We stayed outside for a little over 30 minutes then I brought her back in for the usual snack then laid her down for a nap! She was NOT HAPPY at all, hah. She threw a fit and I finally went into her bedroom and told her to calm down and go to sleep! I fixed and ate lunch then my handsome man came home for his work break! He was looking around online for a transmission for the car we bought from our church friend but only found pretty expensive prices and then he had to leave BUT our church President called him and said that he was going to buy this car from our friend and If he gets a good deal when he buys the car, we can have the transmission for FREE! WOW, that would be awesome!!!!!!! *holds breath* After Brad left, I eventually fixed my hair and was getting hungry so I fixed a delicious snack. ONE OF MY FAVORITES.

Small sweet potato with spray butter, pepper, cinnamon and then I saw I needed a few more calories for the day so I put a tablespoon of my whipped peanut butter on top. I SERIOUSLY could eat sweet potatos EVERY DAY and I’m so glad I bought a few small ones to have as snacks this week! Their sooo good and VERY healthy for you! Once I finished that plate of goodness, I called Mom! I had tried to call her earlier and got no answer. Apparently her phone has been acting strange all day but I got her this time, yay! I was really hungry after talking to her for almost an hour so I made another snack then got Katie up. I still wasn’t quite satisfied so I ate my chocolate protein bar and just finished a few grapes. I can never eat too many fruits and veggies so If I have to reach for something then those are things I can definetly reach for!

Plans for this evening? Just the usual for tonight. Brad’s trying to work some overtime so he’ll probably get home the same time he did last night which was around 10PM instead of getting home at 9PM but hey, extra money is exactly what we need right now so right on! I have a feeling good things are going to start falling into place for my health now that I have this new balance and I just have a good vibe about everything! I’m thankful for my life that my Heavenly Father has given me. I’m thankful for my husband and our beautiful daughter. I’m thankful for The Gospel and all that It has brought into my life. I’m thankful for Heavenly Father for opening my eyes on what I need to do with my life, body, health and how I can live righteously! Will you let HIM guide you in your life?? Let those new doors be opened by Him and they WILL open If we will all just follow his commandments and strive to be as good as we can be!

Today

Y’know. I try really hard to live in the HERE AND NOW. We are not promised tomorrow so I try to always take the day, the moment I have and make the best of it NO MATTER WHAT. God has given me this blessing that is my life and my body so I’m going to strive to make it a positive life! One of the speakers that came to talk with us last Sunday at church was telling us of his conversion story and he mentioned how he used to drink and smoke. He knew that the church was true but he still had not yet changed his lifestyle. He and his wife finally decided to give up those things even though It was hard but he stated that he did not want to be a hypocrite and If he TRULY wanted to live clean in the sight of God, he knew he and his wife had to give up that lifestyle and so they did. He gave a great talk! I feel so thankful for everything I DO have in my life and how my life has changed so much BECAUSE of God and The Gospel.

Speaking of today! Happy HUMP DAY aka half-way through the week! How was your day??? For exercise this morning I did a ~15 or so kettlebell workout then got Katie up, fed, dressed and set up to watch one of the LAND BEFORE TIME movies! I loooved those movies as a child! Heh. I got on the exercise bike to do 20 minutes and It was REALLY tough since I’ve been doing a lot of leg work but I did it! Sweating like crazy, I went into the kitchen to savor my ooooooh sooooo delicious chocolate DELUXE protein bar. It’s chewy like taffy and I LOVE IT. NOMNOM. Got a shower then fed Katie a snack! We went back into the living room and I let Katie play while I started my online WORK, which, is the usual Wednesday routine. I let her play until 1:45PM then I rocked her for a few minutes before putting her down for nap time. Decided to go ahead and fix my lunch and I got to eat a verrrrrry good PEACH. Hubby came home for lunch, we chatted about upcoming possible “plans” then he went back to work! I continued more work then decided I WAS DEFINETLY going to lay down for a nap so I dozed for about 45 minutes? I think? I woke up at 5PM and fixed the BEST snack… a small SWEET POTATO steamed in the microwave with spray butter, little brown sugar, CINNAMON and pepper. I ate on that while I fixed my hair then had to get Katie back up, feed her and BACK to work again! The evening consisted of the usual… potty training with Katie, fixing snacks, fixing our dinner, feeding Katie dinner and finally putting her to bed!

I just consumed this lovely plate of goodies…

BAKED CHICKEN! Veggie beans! Steamed veggies! Oh my! Hah. Hubby is working a little overtime but should be coming home very sooooon. Hoping we can get to bed tonight a little bit earlier than usual. Lately It’s been around around midnight or so when we get to bed. Now I have some frozen strawberry greek yogurt mixed with banana and peanut butter waiting to be put onto my ice cream cone for DESSERT so I’m off to the kitchen!!! Have a great night and remember to LIVE for today!!!!! :)

Right direction

I can ALREADY tell that I am headed back to feeling FULLY energetic and feeling great again. Once my body re-adjusts to the LESS exercise and steady calorie and food balance then I should start to get my energy back! I can already tell a difference in my appetite and the way I feel between meals. I’m excited to see what’s going to happen in the next few months as long as I keep up this balance!!!!!!!! WOOO. In fact, I feel great tonight except tired, lol. To start my Tuesday, I did a custom workout on the Wii Active then after I attended to Mommy duties, Brad left to go pick up our information documents he had left at the Army recruiters office weeks ago. He’s looking more towards Air Force now but It’s up to him! Katie was watching a cartoon and I wanted to burn 100 more calories so I jogged almost 0.6 miles on the treadmill! Ate the same post-workout snack as I did yesterday then got a shower. Katie and I just hung out then I fed her a snack and fixed my hair while waiting for Brad to return so we could go grocery shopping. He was attempting to get back at 3PM but didn’t make it back till 4PM and he usually leaves for his church meeting at 5:45PM so we knew we had to get it done pretty quickly and that’s just what we did! I had eaten a piece of my 35 calorie bread with 1 tablespoon Jiffy peanut butter a bit before leaving for the store and so when we were done shopping, we both got a protein bar to eat on the way home! YUM, I love protein bars!!!!!!! Instead of my almond milk, I bought the chocolate soy again! I DID NOT buy cool whip! WOOT. Instead, I bought some yogurt parfait like I used to and I’ll have that frozen on a cone for dessert tonight. Also, bought 2 little containers of Dannon Greek Yogurt since It’s $1 a piece… sheesh. I want a lifetime supply of that stuff! IT’S SO GOOD. I got some turkey meat to snack on in the evenings like I used to! Yipppppeeee! Munched on our protein bars on the way back then Brad unloaded the groceries and headed out for his church meeting!

I put away groceries then fixed a snack since I was getting a bit hungry. Sorted and put away our chicken for the week then Katie was getting fussy since she was hungry so I hurridly fixed her dinner then fed her and started to prep for our dinner! Somewhere in here I also started a load of laundry then once dinner was done and put into the fridge, I got Katie’s bath all ready!

Heh. I got her dressed for bed then rocked her for about 10 minutes. She can actually count to 6.. 7? My girl is getting big! She always tries to sing along with the ABC song when I sing it too! I put her down for bed then got my dinner heated.

When we went shopping today, we bought a new seasoning for our chicken and so I tried that tonight. It was actually really good! I’m about to get up and go fold our laundry and then get my dessert! My love should be home soon, yay!

I hope everyone has a great night and know that God LOVES YOU!

Woaah.

I was sooo tired last night! I woke up this morning around 7AM then 7:35AM and finally got up around umm 8:45AM? I think? Katie slept all the way a little past 10AM! She was extremely tired from going all day yesterday and not having a nap. After setting Katie up with another VEGGIE TALES movie in the living room, I got on the treadmill. Starting last Thursday, I had some serious CARB cravings and gave into them… ate quite a bit more than I should for more than just one day but I did well yesterday SO. New plan of action! Going to back off exercise a bit and straighten up my calorie intake to try to match it up with my body balance. As I was sayin, I got on the treadmill and I CAN’T BELIEVE IT. I got on and got a light jog at 4.0mph and DID NOT STOP for a whole 2 MILES. Holy cow! I just paced myself and went! I usually try to give ALL MY energy and It always ends up with me stopping so this time I just tried to tell myself to “relax” and go steady. IT WORKED! I’m SOOO THRILLED. I haven’t went 2 miles straight in a long time! I’ve spread out my calories all day and I’ve been hungry pretty often but I kept the snacks small and spread out and I won’t lie, It’s been hard because I’m tired and when I get tired, most of the time I get hungry but I’ve done great!!!!! Afterwards, I ate my snack then got a NICE SHOWER. I ate lunch earlier than usual and then put Katie down for her nap. This afternoon included:
~ talking to Mommy twice
~ scripture study

~ went outside with Brad and Katie this evening and It felt NICE!

Dinner is almost done and then Katie is going to bed! We’re gonna hang out and probably watch another episode of The Tudors eventually! Hope everyone has a great night!

Utterly wonderful

These past two days?!?! One word: WONDERFUL! Yesterday was the Temple trip and our friend came by to hang out. Today was getting up and going to church then going out and about to visit some people to talk to them about The Gospel – what a BLESSING to try to spread the love that Jesus Christ wants us to! We had our church meeting start at 1PM instead of 9AM since we spent the morning visiting people. Katie was SUPER TIRED by that point and kept randomly crying but eventually perked up a little bit. She went to nursery for another hour for the last meeting and then Katie and I didn’t get home till after 5:30PM! Brad went with our church friend who is selling us one of their cars to get a new battery for it so our friend drove me and Katie back home. We now have the MAZDA! It’s a black 1998 Mazda 626… with a SUNROOF! We just need to get a new transmission but everything is fine! YESSS! Anyhow, I came home to feed Katie since she was starving and I grabbed a nectarine and my protein bar to eat since I hadn’t eaten anything since around 12:40pm-ish. I thought about putting Katie down for a nap after we got home but by the time I fed her… It was getting late so I just let her stay up a little past 8PM since I got her ready for bed then read to her a little before putting her to bed. Shew!!!!! Just sat down a few minutes ago to eat dinner. My plans for tonight:

Yup! Dinner and Netflix movie with my love!!! Have a great night everyone know that Heavenly Father loves ALL of us and wants us ALL to be….. HAPPY and we CAN be If we strive to do the right things in our lives!
