Happy Tuesday! My posts have got to be short from now, since It’s so late and I really, really, really need to get to bed to get sleep to recover from exercise and of course sleep helps with weight loss! I WANT THAT.

It was another overall good, yet busy day. I got one of my college discussions done, then fiddled online. Katie went down for nap and I was soOOoOooo tired. I laid down for a few minutes on the couch, then Mom called me and said she couldn’t keep Katie, since she was sick. Ugh… tried to decide what to do. What to do… what to do… my Aunt prob wouldn’t keep her unless there was money involved. Hmm. Got a bath, watched my OTH rerun, and ate lunch. Got Katie up, fed her a snack, and asked a friend about watching Katie and they said it would be no prob. SWEET !!! Katie and I even went out and about for a few minutes with my friend, then I came back home to cook mine and Brad’s dinner and feed Katie too. Brad came home, got ready, took Katie to said friend’s place, and HEADED OUT! Man, I really killed it at the gym. Gotta be careful or else I’ll set off my immune system in a bad way. I feel alright tho and I took extra supplements to support my immune system a bit more. Just tryin to burn this fat !!! We researched the pre-workout supplement, Jack3d, that our trainer recommended to us and went ahead and got 1 scoop a piece at the gym, just to try it out. Pretty awesome stuff! Here’s what went doooooown:

treadmill warmup – 10 minutes, 78 cals, .60 miles
assisted dip/chin – 3X/85lbs, 10 reps
seated row – 3X/45lbs, 10 reps
bicep curl – 1X/10lbs, 10 reps
lateral raise – 3X/30lbs, 10 reps
squats – 3X/15 reps
assisted pushups – 15 reps
bike – 20 minutes, 5 miles, 188cals
elliptical – 25 minutes, 2.46 miles, 234cals

WOOOTS. Came home and had a million things to do, but ALL DONE! Oh, and we did wind up buying a container of the pre-workout supplement. I think it’ll really help me. Brad isn’t gonna use it, so it’ll last me 2 months or so. I’m STOKED to go to the gym tomorrow, lol. My friend has to go somewhere tomorrow afternoon and may or may not get back in time to watch Katie, so I might see if Mom is gonna be well enough to watch her or not. We’ll see what happens.

I am JUST SO THANKFUL for everything Heavenly Father has given me. I’m excited about building up my fitness again and losing this weight!
