WOW. This day is going by so quickly! It was a GORGEOUS day outside and the temperature was PERFECT. Katie had a very, very messy diaper this morning so Brad bathed her while I changed her bedsheet then fed her and we decided to go for a stroll so loaded Katie into her stroller and we went on the same path I took the other day. Of course Katie loved it – just looking around and taking it all in. We walked for maybe an hour? I wanted to walk more but I knew Katie wanted out to explore and Brad expressed many times how he was done walking so we came back to the house and Brad sat on the front porch while Katie roamed around the front yard. I took that FREE TIME opportunity to do a walking and running interval exercise on the road past our house. IT WAS SO BEAUTIFUL. I think I was gone almost an hour before I finally came home and fed Katie then put her down for nap as usual. I had such a wonderful time! Brad went to run a few errands so while he was gone I did 20 minutes on the exercise bike then went into our backyard to take some of our storage to the barn. I walked to the barn when I carried stuff out there then sprinted when I came to get more stuff! Burn MORE calories!!! When Brad got back we went outside together to check out the small path in the woods by our house and it led right back around to our pond in the backyard, heh. I was starving by the time we came inside so I attempted to decide what to have. Food still isn’t satisfying me the way it used to… guess those hormones are still trying to level off.

A bit later on, I asked Brad to come sit with me outside on the porch to study our church lesson and Katie could play some more outside so we did just that! I’m going to try to make tomorrow just as great as today and as far as I know the weather is supposed to be beautiful once again.

Tomorrow is… KATIE’S BIRTHDAAAAY! Our little girl is going to be 2 years old! I think we’re gonna plan her party for next week since we have just fallen behind and didn’t plan AHEAD in time to get it done in time since Brads only off tomorrow then goes back to work Wednesday until Sunday so we shall see!! I love thinking back to the day she was born. What a blessing that day was and what a blessing she is to our life.
