Sweet wrap

And tonight we say goodbye to July 2011! Tomorrow is August… sheesh!!!

Church was nice this morning !!! After the first hour, Brad sat in my class with me since my usual teaching partner was out of town. Guess what else! Brad talked to someone at church who had been given a microwave from someone who moved and didn’t want it – he asked in Brad’s class today if anyone needed one — WE DO! Yay!!! We got a nice, “new to us” microwave! We came home, Katie played and I started to prepare my LUNCH! …Except I was cooking my brown rice with too high of a temp and It didn’t cook right so I had to cook it even longer than I started with.

While waiting, I munched on a little bit of this:

My awesomesauce Kashi crackers and my new artichoke/spinach hummus! Once I had finally got the brown rice correctly cooked… I sauteed some veggies together! Combined it alll in a bowl…
Artichoke pieces, beets, onion and GREEN PEAS! I haven’t eaten peas in foreverrrrrrrr. OH and all of it was flavored with TUMERIC spice since I heard it’s good for the liver and that’s my MAIN focus! Gotta heallllllll that liver.

Katie was OVER TIRED and being super annoying… thankfully soon after that she went down for her NAP. Brad and I hung out then I did a warm water colon cleanout (yes, TMI) then went and laid in bed since I was getting sleepy. OH WOW, the nap felt SUPER awesome. I’m sooooooo thankful to be starting to take naps that “feel” good since last year, I didn’t have hardly any “refreshing” sleep thanks to all my health combo problems.

After everyone was up again, I ate some fruit then had to get started on dinner. In short, I had an idea to take a sweet potato and boil it then mix it with TRUvia, cinnamon and put it on a flatOUT wrap. IT WAS AWESOME. I tried to broil my first wrap that I had used but it got too stiff… so I took part of my sauteed veggies and put it on the fail wrap lol then just took another wrap to use for the sweet potato mix. Verdict? AWESOME. The veggie mix was asparagus, yellow squash, onion, cabbage and okra! Sweet potato and the wraps were my fav part, of course.

Brad just put Katie to bed and I’m contemplating whether I want a “dessert” or not, especially since I have some serious bloating going on right now thanks to some extra gas build up.. yes, TMI again hahaha.

I am trying to focus all my focus to healing this liver of mine. What caused such a mess up with my liver? Good question. Maybe my diet in 2009 that I had for a majority of the year that was WAY TOO HIGH in protein, way TOO LOW in carbs and could of had a little more fat to it. I’ve read that too much protein can overwork the liver and kidneys resulting in bad stuff so yeah, maybe that? Then there was the fact that I had my gallbladder taken out late that year WHILE still on that particular macro eating lifestyle… leaving me without the sac that stores the bile so a lot of people without their gallbladders have slow bile flow into the intestines. They say that If you focus your thoughts on something that can help so HEAL LIVER, HEAL !!!!!!!! I want to feel awesome again!

Anywayyyyy, Brad and I are going to watch PARANORMAL ACTIVITY 2 together soon and I cannot wait. I wish I had some KASHI cereal.. I would deffo have that for dessert with almond milk. Also, I don’t want summer to come to an end…. boo!!! I do look forward to fall because it’s cooler, pretty trees… but NOT WINTER. NOT NOT NOT NOT. I do not like the cold one bit.

That’s all folks!

Whatevs dude

We had plans to drop Katie off at Moms for the day then go try to get our car re-aligned and fixed.

First part of the plans went well. We dropped Katie off, went by Kroger’s since I wanted to pick up a few things then we came home and I finished cleaning house. Eventually, got everything sorted then fixed an AWESOME lunch right before we left:

This soup became a FAVORITE when I was losing weight and I haven’t had in a long while… it is veggie pasta mix! Only 120 calories for the WHOLE can, wooooo! Along with a toasted cinnamon raisin bagel with pumpkin butter. Not pictured- I munched on some TLC honey sesame crackers as well.

Short story of our travel: Drove quite a distance to try to find a certain auto shop.. couldn’t find it so Brad had to look at his map on the cellphone. Found it… owner was not at the shop so Brad started to get aggrivated since we prob couldn’t get the car fixed today. We went to try another place… closed. Brad was highly pissed so he decided we weren’t going anywhere else. As we drove home, I said, “We could go elsewhere?” He replied with a FIRM NO. We could of had a great day today even with tho we didn’t get the car fixed!!!!! BUT NOoOOoOoO. We drove in silence all the way then he came home, laid around and took a nap. *sigh* I did a little college work, more research to help my liver then made a simple dinner! Used my flatbread to make mixed veggie and a little tuna plus honey mustard dressing on the wraps… so good. We picked up Katie from Moms then went to Wal-Mart so atleast I could say we got to go SOMEWHERE today, psh. I bought some canned beets, artichoke hearts and the spice tumeric… all of which are supposed to help out the liver. OH and I bought artichoke spinach hummus. Brad bought some Friday so I wanted some TOO since I’m trying to get in lots of artichokes – that are supposed to be #1 helper when it comes to the liver so yeah.

Not much else to say. I always try to be positive and not gonna let anything bring me down!!! Time to get a shower, fix my hot protein oatmeal dessert, get ready for my church lesson with the 8 yrs tomorrow and relax until bed! My idea of relaxation is facebook, foodie blogs, more health research since I love to stay informed as possible when I have health probs going on! I KNOW my liver needs to be boosted and restored so I will eat artichokes until my liver is happy again!

Hopefully next Saturday will be much better? I can hope! Maybe tomorrow will rock… yea, that sounds awesome to me and it will rock because it will be another day I have been blessed to have!!!

Liver & bile?

Wheeeehooooo, Friday !!!

Summary of the morning…
>> Went for a breezy walk this morning with Katie and it was BEAUTIFUL outside
>> College work
>> Health research

Know what I haven’t been looking into as far as my health issues? THE FACT THAT I HAD MY GALLBLADDER TAKEN OUT IN LATE 2009 and how that might be affecting my health! I remember my surgeon telling me I might have digestive issues afterwards but after I had the surgery, I didn’t notice any symptoms so I just continued on! Then the reallll bad stuff started late April 2010. STILL having digestive mess up now. The more OBVIOUS answer seeing as I DON’T HAVE THAT GALLBLADDER is that my liver is sluggish because it’s overworking and there isn’t enough bile flowing into my small interestines to help digest fats and absorb certain nutrients. I might have felt so AWESOME in early 2010 because my liver had enough bile stored to help me feel that awesome then it “ran out or ran low” and there was no gallbladder to store the bile… crash and burn! Atleast that’s my take on it. Here is my “trial treatment” combo…

Liver detox tea and bile acid capsules! Umm the capsules weren’t cheap so we’ll see how they “work or don’t work” on my system and go from there.

I had a late lunch of BROWN RICE, sauteed tomato and cucumber plus some greek feta dressing. It was good… until a bit later then I felt HORRIBLE. The only thing that I can think of is the FAT in the dressing that made me feel horrible because umm everything else was fine! The brown rice is easy to digest and the tomato/cucumber was fully cooked. I deffo think it is fats that make me feel terrible. Thinking back earlier this week, I had a protein meal with yogurt, almond butter and soaked almonds and a little bit after I ate that, I felt “horrible” TOO! I thought it was “detox” symptoms but I think it was from my body not being able to break down the fats!!!

After Brad came home, we took Katie to Moms then headed off for shopping!! I honestly didn’t have enough ingredients to pre-make my dinner to take with me so I decided to try to find something at Whole Foods to eat for dinner like Brad usually does. He got more SUSHI to eat and I had bought some cinnamon raisin bagels and new almond butter so I had 2 pieces of his sushi plus a bagel and a little almond butter… which breaks all my rules of food combos but I figured I’d give it a try with taking my digestive enzymes PLUS the bile acid capsules. It has deffo made me feel different… I kindof feel like I do when I have running side pains? Not sure what that means in terms of all my health mess.

I just drank some of the liver support tea! It was good… now I’m getting tired. We’re off tomorrow to try to get our car re-aligned. Not sure if Moms gonna watch Katie or not, will find out in the morning. OH OH and…. WE GOT OUR A/C FIXED! Woot woot.

I leave you with my new fruit and sweet potato pile I made this evening from shopping goodies!

You know you love my super stacking skills !!!

Digestive FIRE

I don’t want to say it 100% is true, BUT I THINK I may have found the “answer” to help restore my health and energy!! I have been trying a ZILLION diff things since early 2010. Literally from A to Z! I am DETERMINED to never give up and keep experimenting until I FIND THAT ANSWER. I think this is it…

More on that after today’s summary!
Early morning eats included: PEACH then a bit later my dark chocolate cooked oats.

Katie and I got ready for our morning walk… we stopped by the apartment front office so I could talk to the manager since our air conditioner has not been blowing that “coolest” air for a bit and water has been leaking from the hallway ceiling. ALSO, our electric bill has been CRAZY HIGH the last 2 months… yup, I’d say it’s deffo the air. Anyhow, I went ahead and turned it completely off this morning. Our manager said the maintenance guy was out sick today so have to wait for him. In the meantime, she gave us 2 box fans to use in the apartment – which was very nice of her! Brought the fans home then we set out for our walk. When the sun was hiding behind the clouds, it felt good.. especially with the breeze. Once home, Katie had some water then played. I had fruit when I got back then waited a bit for a snack … my mochi rice cakes and a little pile of veggie stir-fry! I did more health research and fiddled online. I noticed this morning after I got up and about that I felt pretty tired and just wanted to relax.

Katie went down for nap and I had a big ole protein veggie stir-fry salad that had handful of shrimp and soaked almonds in it with greens and sprouts. I went to take a nice hot bath then wanted MORE THAN ANYTHING to go take a nap and so I did! It was soooooooo nice. I only woke up because Brad called me on his work break then I laid around some more until it was time to get up then Katie’s snack. Also, folded a load of laundry.

After Brad got home, my cousin dropped by to talk about our A/C then he went home. Katie, of course, started throwing temper tantrums when Brad got home… which is a daily thing for her. I fixed Katie’s dinner then fed her while I fixed my own dinner… more veggie flatbread wraps! Put those in a bowl and I was OFF to go visit and talk to my Mommy!!! So glad she lives in walking distance. The cig smoke really burned my eyes tho =( Came home to the hot house… but hey, as Brad pointed out my cousin earlier today, we’ve lived in a LOT hotter conditioners like AKA the OVEN of a trailer we lived in back in 2005.. oh yeah. Will be thankful to get the A/C fixed for sure. I enjoyed my time with Mom and I REALLY enjoyed my flatbread veggie wraps! OH and Mom gave me some veggie broth cubes to melt into hot water, yum yum.

Dessert you ask?

Pile of FRUIT! Pink lady apple, rainier cherries and dates = yummylicious.

OK so I have been researching about food combos lately and started using that “method” in my diet this last weekend and now I have been reading more about my “digestive fire” and how if your digestive tract is messed up and you drink TOO MUCH COLD WATER, you are killing your own fire! Our system is like a campfire.. more heat = better flames. Now, if you have a good digestive tract and can eat lots of mixed, random crap then GREAT but I cannot right now since my whole system is whack. I think my answer to restoration is cutting out everything that I can in my diet that is COLD besides the little fruit I may eat from the fridge (like my cherries!) and eating lots of warm/hot stuff… soups, broths, room temp plain water, COOKED FOODS… no more raw except for room temp fruit! Umm keep on with the right food combos and eating healthy and just keep at it! I can say that I think today? Has been the first day I have went without COLD drinking water in my whole life? Or atleast for the first time in years, maybe more… I don’t know so I know that drinking cold water when your digestive system is messed up like mine is a big, big, big NO-NO.

Keep the cold away and try to spark up my dead digestive fire again! I want it BURNING HOT!! I seemed to have it pretty balanced in early 2010 but then it went BYEBYE. I know part of the “death” of the spark of my digestive fire was guzzling TONS of water before, after and during my meals PLUS I was doing hardcooooore workouts 5 days a week.

Bring on the fire, baby. I just wonder how long it will take to feel some great energy again? A month? A few months? Hopefully not long.

I WILL EAT WARM SOUP FOR MONTHS if it means that…
a) I will get my awesomesauce SUPER energy back
b) i will get my ….. tmi…… sex drive fully back!!
c) lose the extra weight and get to my goal weight
d) my hair to be as soft and awesome as it used to be
e) my NAILS to be as pretty as they were
f) the biggest one of all : to have my SPIRITUAL pow that I had.. it was so incredible.

Yes, yes. I will focus on the warm/hot and stay awaaaaaay from the cold until I can get my digestive system sorted then I can add back bits of this and that but keep balanced and HEALTHY. That is my goal, always. Thankful for my life and my Heavenly Father. Thankful that HE has lead me to these diff experiments and praying that I can find or have FOUND the answers that I have been seeking and I know I will get there – or MAYBE JUST MAYBE I am there and just need to keep focus and let my body heal.

Woah, detox

I was really aware of my food timing and food combos today! I’m trying to get my body into a “food combo” rhythm and hopefully that will help straighten my digestion out.

After food combo research, here are my basic “wait for digestion” times:
– 15 minutes after drinking water
– 30 minutes after fruits
– about 2 hours after carb combos
– about 3-4 hours after protein combos

We’ll see how this works out. This morning I had a little water mixed with apple cidar vinegar to start my day with regular water and a few sips of my Triology KOMBUCHA !!!
*15 minutes later…* I ate a delish apple, my fav, PINK LADY.
*30 minutes later…* Time for breakfast!!!
– cooked oat combo with a little pumpkin butter, cinnamon, dark chocolate = YUMMY carb combo.

Eventually, Katie and I headed out after 9AM for our daily walk. It actually wasn’t too hot since we went a bit earlier. When we were almost home, we sat on the grass and enjoyed the sunshine. A guy actually stopped to ask If we needed water… it was very kind of him!! We came home and proceeded with the day.

Next food carb combo!

MOCHI sweet cakes, raw carrots & cucumbers with a little lite honey mustard dressing. The cakes were OK but thinking tomorrow I may add something for sweetness on top.

The rest of the morning was spent working on college assignments while Katie played. Once babe was down for nap, I took my PROTEIN packed lunch (greek yog, almond butter, almonds, cinnamon, chlorophyll drops, lil supplement powder) with me to munch on while I took a refreshing hot bath. I went to lay in bed and read a little religious material afterwards and really started to feel serious DETOX symptoms. Same kindof stuff I felt on the juice cleanse and man, it sucks. I talked to my Mom on the phone for a bit and she’s not doing so hot either… =/ Also, talked to Brad on his work break then talked to Mom for a little longer. Once I got off the phone, I laid down and slept for about an hour.

Nothing big to note about the afternoon … I wanted to wait long enough for my PROTEIN combo meal to digest so after I got up, I just drank hot tea and some water.

MY DINNER WAS SOOOOOOOOOO GOOD.

2 italian flatbread VEGGIE wraps – in the lovely wraps was a combo of honey mustard dressing, avocado, tomato, cucumber and a little red onion. Leftover tomato and cucumber on the side!!! Oh, and before I ate the wraps I had a small glass of raw oats + unsweetened almond milk. I felt GOOD when I started to eat the wraps, nom nom.

Just finished the rest of my Kombucha that I have been sipping on all day… what’s for dessert? 200 calories WORTH OF FRUIT!!! Which ones? That is still in debate! Feeling a little sleepy now. I’m letting Katie watch an episode of Spongebob before bed, she and BRAD both are glued to the tube, LOL.

Hope your hump day has been awesome !!!

Realize

I realized today that I …
** need to back off the intensity of exercise
** get as much rest as possible
** eat plenty of raw fruits/veggies
** get into a good food combo & consistent eating routine

I always jump too much into exercise and my body is not ready for THAT much right now. I should not of went all out after my juice cleanse but that happens since I tend to jump the gun too much with exercise.. since the biggest area I need to focus on is getting the right food combos and REST, REST, REST but also room for a bit of exercise!! I’ll alter between bike / wii / SHORT jogging times plus my Mon – Fri walk with Katie. Lots of exercise is AWESOME when you are “equipped” for it and while yes, I could push myself… like I have been – I need to step back for now. That’s always hard for me to step back.

Short summary of today:
>> Watched new Secret Life this morning
>> Had fruits / dried fruits for breakfast
>> Did 10 minutes light exercise on the bike
>> Took Katie out for an early walk
>> Little college work
>> LOVELY nap after my bath
>> went to the store w/my loves this evening

Goodies!!! dark chocolate and some multi-vitamins that will hopefully HELP me feel alive!

Looks like it’s gonna be a late night since I still want to watch the latest eppy of Extreme Makeover: Weight Loss Edition! LOVE Chris Powell =)

Writing

I got up, stumbled to the bathroom then came to sit down to sip on some water and apple cidar vinegar. Brad left for work and a bit later, it started to rain! Breakfast included strawberries, little blackberries and a big ole juicy peach.

Skip ahead a bit and I got Katie up then decided to do my exercise routine FIRST instead of going for our outside walk. The rain had stopped and I was hoping it would hold off until later so we could get our walk. Katie watched Blue’s Clues while I did my exercise.

PRE-WORKOUT: Naner with a little almond butter and delish dried apricots.

Very, very good.
EXERCISE: Today’s combo BWT – bike (I did 10 minutes extra!), wii active, treadmill (STOKED since I jogged almost a WHOLE mile straight and felt decent!)
POST-WORKOUT: I seriously love this millet bread. Pumpkin butter on top with cinnamon!
Also, ate another piece on my way out the door for our outside walk. Luckily, the sun came back out and it cleared up a little and we DID get to go on a pretty humid walk. We only walked for about 30 minutes. Katie’s cheeks were red by the time we got back. I gave her some water then lunch when we returned!

I sat down to do a few things online while she played and a little storm moved in! She eventually went down for nap then I took some fruit with me to eat while I soaked in the hot bath. I ate an apple and a handful of yummy cherries. Took a WONDERFUL nap a little bit after my bath… woke up feeling half-asleep but refreshed. I can DEFFO tell a diff in the way I feel since focusing more on the right food combos.

Also, been working a lot on my college assignments today. In fact, this evening that’s MOSTLY what I have been doing. What else? Rewind to when Brad came home, we hung out, ate dinner… I had a carrot, cucumber, red bell pepper salad with spinach/arugula and lite honey mustard dressing. I have not had raw carrots in FOREVER. I used to looooove them. Brad has been getting back into painting so this evening he painted a picture, I worked on college then Brad put Katie to bed.

Can’t wait for more sleep!

Already

I got up at 7AM this morning and got rollin to get ready for church!!! A lot better this Sunday than last when I overslept about 40 minutes, lol.

I wasn’t really hungry when I woke up so I sipped on water combined with apple cidar vinegar then ate this before we headed out…. fruit for breakfast, my loves.

I loooooooove fruit!!! Best breakfast item, EVER.

Church was so great. One of the talks this morning really made me think. We only had 2 eight year olds to teach in class today so that was great. Last hour flew by and then we came home… just been hanging out and I had lots of fresh PINEAPPLE that really set my mouth and tongue on fire from too much acid.. in fact, my tongue is still a little numb. Katie went down for nap. Brad fell asleep on the couch and I fiddled (i love that word haha!) online, had a bowl of Kashi + almond milk then finally went to take a nap myself. Wowie!!!! I felt good when I woke up. We all woke up later than usual too.

After reading over one of the food-combo charts, I put my raw dinner salad together:

  • greens, sprouts, parsley, cabbage
  • pitted DATES
  • soaked almonds
  • 1 roma tomato
  • greek feta dressing
  • little purple onion

The combo of parsley and date was really interesting… not a big fan of the parsley. Overall, it was good though. Got my COLLEGE reading done!!! Also, been munching a little on my RAW chocolate cookies that I snack on any time since they are raw, sprouted GOODIES. Caught up with my usual bloggers online and the rest of tonight? Eat my dessert of: greek yog, lil choco protein powder, lil greenSUPERFOOD supplement powder, liquid chlorphyll drops, cinnamon and flaxseed.

It’s only been 2 days worth of trying the food combining and it REALLY SEEMS TO BE WORKING !!! I’ve went #2… 4 times today. I know, I know TMI but I am excited about that because it means the simple combos are letting my body get all the “extra” out and really be able to use all the food I put in- in the right ways! SO IMPORTANT. Interested to see how my weight will do by the end of this week…. my biggest task will be fueling up enough before/after exercise but I will make it work! IS THE RIGHT FOOD COMBOS the ANSWER to all my problems?!!! It feels right… guess I will find out. Even though I have been eating healthy the past year or so, it’s been all the wrong combos, especially since my body is soooooo out of digestive balance and has been since WHATEVER threw it off back in early 2010.

It’s time to set it straight. If the food combo isn’t the answer, then I will keep seeking and searching!!! I feel very confident about the right timing and food combos plus lots of water in between meals but NOT WITH meals. Alright! Well, it’s time to try to plan exercise and some food for tomorrow!!! I love doing that =)

Love my life.

Gut feeling

What a busy, HOT day it has been !!! It’s still pretty warm in the apartment right now… wish it was a bit cooler. Just a short re-cap on the day since I still have a lot to do before getting ready for bed then up early AGAIN for church in the morning.

My RAW breakfast this morning…

Pink lady apple, mushed banana dish mixed with pumpkin butter + flaxseed!

>> Dropped Katie off at Moms for the day
>> Went to help clean our church
>> Came home, cleaned house
>> Headed out to go “window shopping” at diff places
— We decided to stop for a nice, cool treat!

Menchie’s FRO-YO! We sat outside and enjoyed our yogurt… I had a whirl of diff flavors and some nuts on top. Insert more sweating, walking and checking out various stores. We went into Bed, Bath & Beyond where Brad bought a $10 USB video camera. More walking, walking! We went to 2 diff shopping centers to see what each had then headed back home.
>> I ate more FRUIT on the ride back!
>> Came home, chilled out then headed to a gathering for our church where we talked and hung out. I brought my cucumber avocado salad that was good!
>> Went by PetSmart to buy our chinchilla food then Best Buy to look around
>> Picked Katie up, came home….

Now trying to catch up with online things and then get ready for bed in a bit! Been a really good day. Now then.. I am going to try something ELSE with the raw food. FOOD COMBINING!.. I know that will help straighten out my digestion. I think I’m gonna lay off taking the digestive enzymes and just focus on the RIGHT food combining techniques. Fruit during the day, maybe a salad for lunch, more fruit later, salad for dinner and some greek yogurt combo for dessert but going to keep it reallllll simple. I can’t wait to see what happens!

Am so wore out! Gonna catch up on Facebook then do more food combo research!!!

Eight whole years

Today marks 8 years since my hubby asked me out!!! Not long after our blind date, he sent me a Yahoo greeting card with one of the South Park characters on it … surrounded in hearts and of course the “WILL YOU” message, heh. He got online and said, “So will you?” =)

He brought these home for me!!!!!

FLOWERS! It has been a long time since he’s gotten me real flowers so I was super happy and they are so pretty.

8 years huh? Wow. I think back to when we first met and there are SO MANY cherished memories and “first times” of everything that we shared together. We have been through so much… good and bad and I know we ARE meant to be. “We are friends… and lovers” He is my always, my everything! Here’s to 8 more years for us!!!

REWIND to this morning! I’m gonna make this day summary short. Katie and I went for about a ~30 minute HOT walk this morning. She played on the porch while I got my exercise on!!

PRE-WORKOUT: cottage cheese and Kashi TLC crackers
EXERCISE: Today’s combo WTB – Wii Active (mostly upper body), Treadmill (no jogging today, just walking) and then some time on the bike! Yesterday and today I cranked DOWN the intensity since I really put out some energy the rest of the week with my workouts.
POST-WORKOUT: millet bread, almost butter with cinnamon and CHIA seeds… so good

Nothing else big to highlight on… I got more college work done. Did 2 loads of laundry and have one left to fold. Brad came home with my flowers!!! I fixed my dinner to have ready to eat later after we shopped at Whole Foods like usual… =) We dropped Katie off then ON OUR WAY!

highlight goodies from Whole Foods

  • RAW cookies! been wanting to try these
  • usual awesome greek live culture yog
  • pitted DATES!
  • oral probiotic losenges
  • fav KOMBUCHA
  • sprouts
  • digestive enzyme tablets
  • PUMPKIN BUTTER!
  • dried apricots – so good
  • rainier cherries

We sat outside Whole Foods and I ate my dinner salad and Brad got SUSHI again… I got 2 off his pile. OHH and I tried a new SUPER GREEN dark chocolate drink to have with my dinner and it was AWESOME. Hurried off to Wal-Mart to pick up lots of goodies. The pictures speak for themselves!

I haven’t had raw CARROTS in forever!!! Of course I got more than ONE of everything but only put one piece for the digi pictures. OooOOo AND the apple?! PINK LADYYYYY! My favorite, EVER so I got one for each day, nom nom nom.

After my juice cleanse, I have been eating a “decent” amount of raw food but I want to go totally raw. Well, except for my yogurt, salad dressing and millet bread. No more cooked foods!!!!! I’m GOING TO HEAL MY BODY COMPLETELY. I KNOW that raw foods will get me there but I have to fill up on LOTS of goodies so I’m gonna make sure to get “full” enough when I DO sit down to eat… and to make my meals SIMPLE. I wanted to go raw in December 2010 and couldn’t stick it out since I was feeling soooo bad and my body was SO toxic. I still have a lot of healing to do but I know there is so much power in eating raw fruits and veggies BUT I have to make sure I get plenty so that’s what my meals will be! RAW BABY, WOOT!!! I’m stoked.

We have a BUSYBUSY day tomorrow and have to get up early! As far as I know, Mom IS going to keep Katie tomorrow so goodie! I can’t wait for another day. Thankful to have spent 8 years with my sweet… thankful to be alive. Thankful for my blessings. THANKFUL FOR RAW FOOD.

I owe EVERYTHING I am and EVER shall be to my Heavenly Father !!!
