Wowie… ever since I put exercise back into my schedule, the days are FLYING by for me and I stay so busy between keeping up with our daughter, the house, my meals, exercise, college work and EVERYTHING ELSE but it’s all totally worth it.

Gonna try to make a quick re-cap since it’s late and I just want to relax! BREAKFAST this morning consisted of some Kashi yogurt mess with strawberries! Plus a dried apricot. Stayed up later this morning than usual so I only took an hour nap instead of the extra 30 minutes and I keep having strange dreams when I nap? Hm.

PRE-WORKOUT: Scrambled egg, salsa, greens, onion mix up
EXERCISE: Today’s combo TKB – Treadmill, Kettlebell! Bike.. I haven’t done a kettlebell workout in FOREVER so I did 30 min tread, 10 min kettlebell and 20 min bike. Seems every day I’m getting more endurance on the treadmill because today I went about 10 minutes non-stop and every little bit helps! The kettlebell workout was great and went by really fast! 10 minutes seemed like only a few minutes.
POST-WORKOUT: Choco protein + supplement that I added EXTRA ice too… it was thicker and so, so, so good. DEFFO adding more ice from now on for sure. Adds more volume to it and of course more WATAH.

I sweat so much that I got cold afterwards running around. Insert more college work until Katie went down for her “rest” time. I am always excited to fix LUNCH LUNCH LUNCH…. had a green bean shrimp mix up salad then went to get a hot bath and talked to my Mom while soaking it up! Brad also beeped in on his work break to say hello. I talked to Mom past my snack time so I was MORE THAN READY for my Clif black cherry almond bar, nom nom nom. Katie got up, ate, played… yadda yadda. Brad came home and had told me he was planning on trying his diet and exercise around the blood type diet so he had a list of things he wanted to pick up this evening.

First…….. my dinner!

B. sprouts, cantaloupe, greens, almonds, scrambled egg, onion with a side of strawberry Kombucha. Sorry Strawberry Serenade… my true love is still TRILOGY. Heh. Anyhow, we eventually loaded up and headed off.

I wanted to pick up some better digestive enzymes since I know good ole BEANO only has 1? 2? enzymes. I need it for everything right now. GNC stop! Bought the multi-enzyme formula then also found a great deal for protein powder on sale for $9.99 PLUS buy one get one FREEEEEE. Snatch! Got chocolate and wanted 2 choco’s but they only had vanilla so I went with that anyway. I could mix match the flavors? Went next door to Game Stop to browse before heading to……..

Harry’s Farmers Market AKA our local version of WHOLE FOODS AKA my favoooooorite place in the whole WORLD. Brad picked up some new items for his new attempted diet and I found out that Whole Foods has CHEAPER deals on enzymes, bah! Well, that’s good to know for later.

Few more things at Wal-Mart and It was past 9pm when we got home so Brad took Katie potty then put her straight to bed! I’m tired… and when we came in the door I was not feeling that well since I didn’t eat when I usually do for dessert – plus I’ve burned extra calories today so I quickly put a TREAT together…

WHO NEEDS ICE CREAM when you have THIS! Almond butter sweetened with TRUvia + cinnamon on millet bread and coconut shavings on top. So dreamy… also took 2 of my new enzyme pills.

I’m about to fall over cause I am beat! Still gotta write down my meals for tomorrow (I LOVE to plan them the night before!!! then I can just DO IT DO IT), catch up online then relax a little before getting some (hopefully) SERIOUS ZZZZZ’s! I’m so thankful for my LIFE and everything Heavenly Father has given me.
