I got up, stumbled to the bathroom then came to sit down to sip on some water and apple cidar vinegar. Brad left for work and a bit later, it started to rain! Breakfast included strawberries, little blackberries and a big ole juicy peach.

Skip ahead a bit and I got Katie up then decided to do my exercise routine FIRST instead of going for our outside walk. The rain had stopped and I was hoping it would hold off until later so we could get our walk. Katie watched Blue’s Clues while I did my exercise.

PRE-WORKOUT: Naner with a little almond butter and delish dried apricots.

Very, very good.
EXERCISE: Today’s combo BWT – bike (I did 10 minutes extra!), wii active, treadmill (STOKED since I jogged almost a WHOLE mile straight and felt decent!)
POST-WORKOUT: I seriously love this millet bread. Pumpkin butter on top with cinnamon!
Also, ate another piece on my way out the door for our outside walk. Luckily, the sun came back out and it cleared up a little and we DID get to go on a pretty humid walk. We only walked for about 30 minutes. Katie’s cheeks were red by the time we got back. I gave her some water then lunch when we returned!

I sat down to do a few things online while she played and a little storm moved in! She eventually went down for nap then I took some fruit with me to eat while I soaked in the hot bath. I ate an apple and a handful of yummy cherries. Took a WONDERFUL nap a little bit after my bath… woke up feeling half-asleep but refreshed. I can DEFFO tell a diff in the way I feel since focusing more on the right food combos.

Also, been working a lot on my college assignments today. In fact, this evening that’s MOSTLY what I have been doing. What else? Rewind to when Brad came home, we hung out, ate dinner… I had a carrot, cucumber, red bell pepper salad with spinach/arugula and lite honey mustard dressing. I have not had raw carrots in FOREVER. I used to looooove them. Brad has been getting back into painting so this evening he painted a picture, I worked on college then Brad put Katie to bed.

Can’t wait for more sleep!
