FEELING CHIPPER TONIGHT, WHEEEEEE! Haha. My day went something like this:
– dragged out of bed, had my shake, ate too many carbs again, went back to sleep
– got up, usual yadda yadda, sat down to do a bit of college work
– Katie played & got in trouble a few times.. I’m really stepping up my parenting game with her because I’ve been letting her be defiant a lot and it’s getting worse.
– washed a load of laundry
– went over to my neighbor’s to help her clean a little more

Waited for my LOVE! He said his first day on his new job – he basically was trained and got to listen in on calls with someone else. He had a good day and said it went by really fast too! Pretty soon it was off to the GYMMMMM >>>

I felt really good running! Surprised after the last few days and all the carbs I’ve eaten.. I expected to have heavy legs and be having a hard time but NOPE! I actually ran at 4.6mph the whole time, except for the last 9 minutes on the cool down. Brad was not into it AT ALL, since he felt super stressed about this and that but eh, I can’t do anything except tell him that it will be OK! Came home, put Katie to bed, ate, washed off, and now time to chillax.

Just gotta stop indulging in oatmeal and get back on my normal food routine. Something always messes me up. The new supplements I took last week made my weight slowly go up, even tho I was eating my usual so I’m just going back to only taking my usual supplement and the amino energy for a pre-workout. I have said this before BUT I WILL GET THIS STRAIGHT AND LOSE THIS WEIGHT and I have a feeling after I *FINALLY* get rid of this tooth infection that AWESOME stuff is gonna happen, since I KNOW the infection is only burdening my health and immune system. I felt a bit tense in the neck area when I got home (deffo cause of the infection), so I took some aspirin and pain reliever – that seemed to help.

Oh, oh. I must tell you about this cuuuuuuute game I downloaded on my iPad called Birds-Cuddle. I LOVE birds and basically, they are diff colors and you match up atleast 3 to earn points and make them disappear… like those bubble blast games, except with birdies!! I’m addicted, lol. Fact, think I’m gonna go play now!!! =)

Already trying to plan out the day tomorrow and starting tomorrow I will get back on the regular food wagon. I almost went 2 weeks again and then another binge = gained a few pounds of water weight or w/e the heck it is. NEVER GIVE IN, NEVER GIVE UP and I don’t plan on it!!!!!!!
