Another Monday!!! Brad walked to the front office this morning before work to put our rent check in the door, but the sprinkler was on, so he came back and said he couldn’t to up to the door because he had on his work clothes and didn’t want to get sprayed haha… so after he left I put on my flip flops and walked over to put it in the slot on the door and got a little wet from the sprinkler. I went back to sleep for a bit, got up, and started the whole breakfast/laundry process. I turned in my college paper and then a bit later Katie and me watched the latest Extreme Makeover: Weight Loss Edition episode. I LOVE CHRIS POWELL. He seems super nice, is always smiling, and … hello?! HE IS GORGEOUS. His wife is gorgeous too. Both really fit.. of course. LOVED the episode soooooo much. The episodes are almost two hours long, so lunch came soon after it was finished. Katie went down for nap and I had lunch, tried to call Mom, and laid down on the couch for about 10 minutes before walking to the mailbox to mail my best friend her card then went to visit with my neighbor. Eventually came back, got to talk to Mom, and got READY FOR GYMMMM. My lovie came home and we were off to the gym after 3 days of rest!!! SUMMARY >>>

I felt pretty good throughout the workout! Brad and I shared a little protein bar during upper body stuff, yum. Decided to only do half of the cardio time that I have been doing to not compromise my immune system anymore than it already is with my health issues. My weight went down on my rest days… we’ll see where my weight is in the morning to see if tonight’s exercise was too much or not. Just really trying to listen to my body in an attempt to get this inflammation weight off me! Trial and error. Again and again. I had my fav protein bar after I was done then we tanned and came back home. I brought Katie home then went to help my neighbor put medicine in her kitty’s ears. I was glad to come back home and wash off + eat! Now it’s the best time…….. relaxation time!!! Brad’s working on his college paper and I’m gonna fiddle online, study some scriptures, and get ready for SLEEEEEEEEP.
