YAY! Tonight starts a new season of The Biggest Loser! Hopefully it’ll be posted online tomorrow so we can watch it seeing as we don’t have cable. Let’s see… what have I done today? Brad left for work this morning to get some overtime and worked from 10:30AM till 2:30PM but didn’t get home till like 4:30PM? This morning after I fed Katie and ate breakfast, I did 40 minutes on the Wii Active then some stretching and crunches. I ate half a banana and half an apple while soaking in a hot bath. Afterwards, Katie watched BLUES CLUES and played with her toys till nap time. Once Brad got home, we’ve just been hanging out. He bathed Katie then I got her dressed and ready for bed then he rocked her and put her down for the night!

Sitting here eating my piles of veggies including a sweet potato and some veggie beans. OH and can’t forget the hot chocolate!!! Speaking of hot chocolate… I’ve got a routine going with my liquids now. I’ve found I REALLY LOVE hot lemon water in the morning and I’ve read it’s very good for your digestive tract so even better! I have hot lemon water in the morning and then sip on some regular water then with lunch I usually have hot herbal tea (diff flavors) but I haven’t had that the last few days because I tend to forget. My favorite is OF COURSE my 60 calorie hot chocolate at night with my dinner, yummy! I’m so happy I gave up sodas back in 2008 (I think?) and the only thing I’ve splurged on lately is energy drinks. I had one Saturday and then we split another one after we went shopping Monday but I’m learning to use that moderation rule!!! Heh. I’m also happy to say that I worked up a little more sweat today during my workout and I cannot WAIT TO GET DRENCHED in sweat again! I remember when I used to run on the treadmill, I would be SOAKED by the time I got done. YES! Looking forward to that a LOT.

It’s been a good day. I downloaded some music, folded a load of laundry and even laid down on the couch and rested a little. Gonna post this and find something to watch!!! Have a great night.
