happy Monday! Hope your week has started off right and that It’ll be a great week. I went for a 30 minute walk (with a little bit of running) this morning and It was sooooo very pleasant outside. I wish I could run for 30 minutes straight but 1) I don’t have the energy anymore and 2) my feet have been bothering me lately so this all totally bums me out because I DREAAAAAAM of having my full blast energy again and being able to run and just be cheery again. I COULD push myself and run and I’ve done it before even though I didn’t have the energy and It left me feeling really bad and crappy so I can’t right now. Not with all this hormonal imbalance and screw up going on. *sigh*

After my exercise, I ate a snack then rinsed off and we got ready to go grocery shopping. Brad fed Katie lunch then put her down for nap when we got back then he cut up our HONEYDEW that we bought! I’ve never tried it before and I actually really like it. I had to put away groceries, cut up fruits/veggies, fix my lunch then get Katie’s dinner prepared for the week and I’ve had a slight headache almost all day plus OF COURSE exhaustion… oh but of course!!! We were gonna get more errands done today but then I remembered that It’s Columbus Day so we have to wait till tomorrow. I’m gonna call my gyno in the morning and see about getting in as soon as I can to have my yearly exam PLUS getting all this hormonal stuff taken care of. GET RID OF THE BC PILLS. I don’t care If they DO work in the next 2 weeks of finishing up the pack… I want off the FAKE hormones.

When I’m this exhausted all the time It’s so hard to resist cravings and makes me want to just snack on stuff all day… we keep 99% of healthy stuff but still I wind up eating more than intended because I’m so tired. It’s so irritating but I know I’ll get this straightened out. It doesn’t help that I didn’t get to take a nap this evening since I’ve had so much to do and Katie will be awake very soon. Think we might all watch a movie together!!! Tonight = baked chicken, SWEET POTATO topped with veggie baked beans!
