Last night, Brad and I laid in bed and talked for a long while… we couldn’t go to sleep plus Brad wanted to check something out online so we both got up and ate a late night snack then eventually we tried to go to sleep.

Today? I am so struggling with not eating too much. It’s realllllly frustrating and I know it’s because I overloaded on carbs yesterday. I ran 10 minutes on the treadmill this morning then took the morning walk outside with Katie. We came back and I eventually got on the bike for about an hour? Trying to get extra burn to help with all the extra food I’ve eaten the last few days. I know that won’t burn that much but every little bit helps of course. I’ve got my plan all set up for my calories… it’s just I feel so bad and want to eat it makes it super hard to resist but tomorrow is a new day. Ummm while I was on the bike this morning, Katie watched a few episodes of Blue’s Clues. I also worked on college assignments a bit before her nap time.

She went down for nap, I took a hot bath then took a nap myself. I ate a Clif bar and snacked on the rest of my cheddar soy crispettes after I got up. This evening I snacked on almonds, almond butter and dinner was salmon and PEAS! Not sure if I’m gonna eat dessert or not BUT ONE THING IS FOR SURE……

Tonight I am GOING TO RELAX and watch the newest episode of The Secret Life !!! Sorry this post isn’t eventful but that’s all I got! Thankful for everything Heavenly Father has given me.
