After talking to Mom on the phone this morning, she reminded me I really need to relax and have a good time! Since my health went downhill, I am always rushing to do this or that and being too strict or controlling when I need to just let go of a lot of things and learn to laugh and enjoy life [like I used to] as my body heals.

SPEAKING OF- yes, I feel a difference already with taking the iron combined with the healthy Udo’s Oil blend I bought. I can’t say that I stayed with my meal plans today… went way overboard but atleast I feel decent. I don’t feel OUTSTANDING but it’s an improvement. I don’t feel as tense and my usual “symptoms” have been slightly calmed.

I let Katie play on the porch this morning then watch an episode of Blue’s Clues before lunch and her nap. I didn’t need to take a nap this afternoon!! Woohooooo. I got college work done and listened to some music. Brad stopped by Wal-Mart after work and bought some new workout clothes and shoes since he wants to get back into an exercise routine again. I just hope he puts those clothes to good use is all I’m sayin! He got all decked out in his new black workout gear and BTW… he looked so good! He went for a walk/run outside and came back, got a shower and is now putting Katie to bed.

I’m currently attempting to get our Netflix account to play movies on my computer but my Silverlight player won’t work with Firefox! Hopefully I can get it to work… I was wanting to re-watch Secret Life’s FIRST episode! I also watched the latest episode this morning and yes, it is teenage drama but I love it, haha.

I’m so happy that I’m getting closer to better health. Here’s to another day closer to feeling the way I used to!
