It was an awesome Saturday for us!!! I told Brad to wake me up at 9AM, but I went back to sleep for a few minutes then got up. I didn’t want to sleep too late, since that usually throws my food off for the day. I went ahead and got the day started! Well, I made my protein shake and relaxed while I finished that then got Katie up, fed her, fixed my breakfast #2, ate, then cleaned-cleaned-cleaned house! I had my sweet pea scented candle burning too. Brad *eventually* got up, lol. By the time he got up, I had been done cleaning and was talking on the phone with Mom. She said that her blood pressure was really high….. this morning it was 210/109 and her heart rate was 123 and that was just from getting up from bed, going to the bathroom, going to the kitchen, then the living room. She says that her blood pressure has been getting that high randomly throughout the day for months now. That really, really scares me. She’s gonna see about changing meds, since the current ones obviously aren’t cutting it! Sheesh, I mean that’s stroke/heart attack levels and to be honest, I’m surprised something hasn’t happened already, if that has been going on for a while. I talked to her then got everything gathered up for the GYM. Mom said she would watch Katie from 3-8pm, but didn’t want it to really be later than that. Atleast she was willing to watch her! We decided to bring a change of clothes with us so we could workout, tan, change, then go out and not be in our stinky workout clothes. Oh, got to try a TOASTED piece of my new Udi’s white bread + some crunchy peanut butter for my morning snack and it was good! I have been wanting a piece of toasted bread for a long while, but it seemed to make me hungrier faster than usual, guess cause of the carbs in the bread, since I don’t usually eat that many carbs. Loaded up, dropped Katie off, then we got to the gym at almost 4pm! There are never many people on Saturdays but today it was even quieter!! SWEET. Checked our weight AND body fat… Brad has almost went down 2% on his body fat and I’m down 1%, woot woot! Here’s what went DOWNNNNN >>>

YES YES YES. Really loved the cardio… was dripping sweat on the stair stepper and I can do it with no hands now haha. I mostly had my hands behind my back while I was doing that and rockin out to my music. TREADMILL WAS ULTRA AWESOME. I got up to running at 7.0mph for a few minutes and I’m down to a 12 minute mile! RAHHHWR. Felt SO SWEET. There was another lady at the front desk today, since the other workers were out and she put too much ice in my smoothie… so it wasn’t sweet at all! BOOOOO. Anyway, we were in our RETRO FITNESS shirts (our gym) when we left, heh.

Welllllllll, we have been contemplating buying a PET RAT, since we both like them and Brad’s had them in the past soooo we went to PetSmart and bought a cream/white colored little rat! AWWW. He’s cute. Drove back to Mom’s to hang out and talk for a long while but had to go since we were both starving and had to get home to set up the little rat and get Katie a bath then into bed. That’s what we did! I gobbled up my bowl of turkey/veggie/gucamole when I got home. It was so good!!! I just got a shower to shave and wash my hair. I’m so excited about church tomorrow, since I don’t have to teach the kids and I get to go to Brad’s class! YAYYY!!!

Also, I think I’m gonna try using the water pills I’ve had for a long while. Gonna take one in the morning with lots of water and see how my weight does. If they help then WOOHOOO, cause I know I have lots of extra water weight and now that my food is balanced and I’m doing the intense exercise maybe it will really work.

I’m happy….. =)
